Always Feel clean and tidy. Two negatives: 1) impossible to regulate room temperature that it is not too warm. 2) Although the white bedding duvet/cover is looks good and gives assurance it is fresh and clean, the material causes my husband and I both to overheat and sweat. synthetic materials tend to do that where cotton/natural materials do not. We always say next trip we will bring our own covers. Maybe this is not a problem for most people but difficult to get a nights sleep due to room temp/bedding

See above...Difficult to regulate room temp so not too warm combined with synthetic bedding does not breathe; therefore causing you to be to warm and sweat.

All accommodation in Anchorage is overpriced if you ask me, but this hotel is very good and nice if we are comparing it with other hotels and prices. Staff on reception was not too friendly or helpful, but other than that, everything was great. Very clean. Free parking. Free shuttle to airport. Room was huge, quiet, clean, with little kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, little stove. Bathroom clean and nice. It had everything that you might need and more, for short or long stays. Like little appartment. I would recommend it.

The staff gave us extra time to check out, which was well needed because of coolers and extra baggage.

I didn't like that our clothes got stolen out of the dryer. Obviously you have to have a room here because the laundry door locks and your room key opens it. Just can't believe someone staying here would go so low as to taking someone's laundry that needed washed so we could leave in clean clothes.. Cameras in the corner but no one seen anything.. Hmmmm!!

Good location with plenty of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Rooms are large and spotless clean, and very comfortable The free airport bus was a great extra! We were also able to check in early which was a huge bonus for us as we had all our luggage with us

We didn't get much information from the guy on reception. Nothing mentioned about breakfast or the booking the airport bus.

The parking was adequate, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and in good condition, there wasn't wires running along the trim or past paint damage that hadn't been repaired. I was impressed with the features that came with the room and if anyone needs a hotel in Anchorage I would recommend this one. I will keep an eye out for My Place hotels in the future.

This was the only hotel I have stayed in that didn't have a Bible in the room.

Comfortable, quiet, love the staff, friendly, courteous, very, very helpful

We have a kitchen & cooking stove, theres no pots pans to cook, theres no dishes, silverware to eat with. Would of been nice to do own cooking and eating in our room with cooked meals. We had a microwave tho which was better than nothing.

Good value for money. Pizza bar nearby was great!

Staff took a long time to respond at Reception; once we waited as desk wasn’t manned & phone wasn’t answered & the other, the staff member took a phone call from his boss while we were trying to check out and we had to wait quite a while for him to finish. No equipment in kitchen & no washing powder available to buy for laundry.

Hotel staff were very accommodating. They sent a van to pick us up at the airport, had suggestions for restaurants, and held our luggage for us between check out and our bus to Seward. This hotel is a good value.

A light continental breakfast would have been nice, although they did have a little store that you could buy items from.

Clean room to lay your head. Excellent and warm staff who are ready to help with your every need. Call ahead for the airport shuttle.

Fairbanks Road has a few uncomfortable neighbors nearby, yet this is very common in Anchorage.

Staff were amazing. Guest laundry area was clean. Free airport shuttle. Full-size frig and stove.

It would have been nice to have some utensils/plates/cups in the kitchen area. It was a bit "out" from downtown Anchorage, but only a $15 Lyft ride. Definitely worth the cheaper stay when compared with downtown hotels.
