The best B&B that I ever stayed. * The location is close to the airport. * We arrived at 02:30 AM after a long flight. The host greeted us with a warm welcome and helped with the luggage. * we have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and dining room, and a big kitchen. I can find all that I need in this kitchen. * We had various options for breakfast, tea, and coffee. * The comfy bed and pillows. * The host sent details direction to go to the place and the door passcode a few days before. * The host is also very responsive in answering questions and requests. I enjoyed my stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this place. We like everything in this clean and beautiful place. We enjoyed the various breakfast options. The host helped us with our laundry. When we booked this place some months ago, we asked the host to leave our luggage on our 1st stay and drive us to the airport on our 2nd stay. I am amazed that the host remembered all these requests and checked with us to ensure that we still need these. I appreciated this nice attention. Recommended this place.

Excellent accommodation of a really good standard. Breakfast was provided for the stay and there were all the pots and pans, utensils you would ever need if you wished to cook. Location is nice and quiet, though close to the airport and main road links so it's easy to get around by car. Highly recommended!

It was lucky that we had booked this apartment instead of a hotel. Marty and his family welcomed us so kindly, the apartment is huge and when we asked where we can buy the original salt and pepper shakers, he gave them to us. The accommodation is quiet but close to the airport and the port for the seaplanes. Si it´s the best choise for excursions in the area. Thank you very much for this warm stay.

Host was excellent, helped with transport issue we had, they stocked fridge with breakfast, comfy house.

Constant Sea planes are noisy with windows open, but Fine when windows closed.

Marty was so welcoming kind & helpful! The apartment was as described, clean and well stocked with dishes. Lots of coffee & tea and breakfast foods! The stay was amazing! We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nothing

Had nice muffins, bagels, toast and cereals available with all of the condiments to go with them. Plenty of coffee, towels and all other things we might have needed to make us comfortable. Was centrally located in Anchorage making it easy to us to access all of the sights and activities we came to see.

Television was difficult to work.

Lovely space to use as home base for a visit to Anchorage. The upstairs apartment was spotless and bright. This is where Marty and Grace live in the winter, so it was a fully functional living space; not your run-of-the-mill vacation rental. Breakfast consisted of our favorite brand of Greek yogurt, cereals, bagels, cream cheese, butter, muffins, and milk. Plenty was supplied for our two night stay. Every amenity you might want in your own home was here. The kitchen was fully stocked and had every kind of kitchen gadget you could ever hope for — Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, instant pot, rice cooker/steamer, an Oxo salad spinner, a lemon zester! The outlets had USB connections built in so there were plenty of places to plug in any and all devices. A pellet grill was also available for our use. Beds were very comfortable and towels soft and bath mat so cushy. The floor of the hall bath seemed to be heated. Two FULL baths were very convenient! Marty and Grace contacted us as soon as we reserved the apartment, so we had no issues finding the place. Marty very kindly gave us a tour when we arrived to point out what we might want to know about the space. They had a very helpful binder of information ready to help us orient ourselves when we arrived in Anchorage.

The door lock often did not unlock for us when we put in the code. Not sure why it did not work reliably. It would have been nice to be able to open a screened window in the living room/kitchen area to get some air circulating without bugs.

Very warm and comforting duplex unit. Spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was nice touch. Owners offered a book of local information which we found helpful.
