The breakfast bar was good although menu a bit limited. The bar was a nice place to have an evening drink and the food menu was good

I was checked into a room on the ground floor which had a dividing door into an adjacent room. Whilst this was securely locked I could hear everything from this other room which was unsettling and didn't give me the best nights sleep. I did ask reception for a move but I arrived in the early hours and the male receptionist working at night seemed a bit muddled so I didn't push it. On a later stay I had a really nice upgraded room so I suppose it was just unfortunate on this occasion.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this hotel. We booked here last minute (as in the same day) due to canceled travel due to avalanche, they managed to fit us in and gave us an early check in. The staff are absolutely amazing, everyone we met who worked there had great customer service. The girl who checked us in was amazing and so sweet. We also loved the bar and the staff that worked there were so lovely too. The room was nice and comfortable too

Wish we had more days at this place.

I was picking up my daughter from a 2am flight and slept in till 930. I went to the coffee shop at 9:58am and they closed already. You would think the hotel would keep it open for customers to get coffee, other drinks and snacks.

The complimentary airport shuttle and friendliness of the staff; asked us about our loyalty account and patiently helped us find it, plus gave us waters; let us in our room before official check-in time, which was so nice after our long day of traveling from the East Coast of the U.S.

We arrived around 1am in the morning from a long day of flying. Saul was there to greet us with a welcoming face and gave us some pointers to see around the area. He was so kind. Saul was the true first class Marriott experience

Beautifully appointed hotel with spacious, clean & modern room & bathroom. Very comfy beds. On-site Bistro with a great selection of breakfast & dinner choices. Close to airport & Free shuttle service. Staff is very helpful & polite.

Cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in recently. Staff were very welcoming and professional. Other guests were very quiet too

As with all the hotels in Anchorage room rates are high compared to lower 48 states. Air traffics noise was bothersome but we had earplugs.

location is as advertised and the shuttle to the airport is handy even if you have to wait awhile at the curb (30+ mins) for them to show up. the hotel is nice and clean inside and out. Not quite what you expect from a Marriott in the lower 48 but for Anchorage its about as good as you can get.

the breakfast didn't start until 6am. I was disappointed to have missed it. The staff did not offer any alternatives even though there were signs everywhere saying the offered an early check out breakfast. The add says there is a restaurant in the hotel this was also misleading. It is a café that serves a hot burger. Very limited choices and over priced.

Modern, clean, smells nice, comfortable.

The air conditioning unit was very loud. I don’t mind air con noise as it drowns out noisy neighbours but this unit kicked in with a large bang intermittently through the night and disturbed my sleep.

We were very pleased with everything! Good food, great staff and SUPER CLEAN!!

The only thing I was alittle disappointed about was that we didn’t get an alaska resident discount. They said it wasn’t available, and to me it should be available all of the time for all Alaska residents.
