Nice clean room. Great price. Good location.

The winter prices are unbeatable - Convenient location in Eagle River. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality/cleanliness of the rooms only because of the winter prices - such a wonderful value! I also loved that the Pet Fee was +$20/day I would definitely recommend staying here if traveling with a pet.

Everything was satisfactory+ I would only say if you're going to be doing more things around Anchorage, it won't be as convenient... But if you don't mind a 15-20 drive, the rates totally make up for it!

The best option for needing to stay close to eagle river/chugiak. Obviously this isn't in downtown Anchorage so maybe it gets dinged for location by some reviewers. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet and to me that is what matters most.

The location was easy accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast had mostly carbs, bread, bagels, cereal. No fruits, yogurt, or proteins. They could have told us about the box fan, hidden in the closet, at check in. No fridge.

Nothing to complain about at this place. The staff is super friendly and the building/rooms are nice and well kept. Even the price is on better than comparable places you might find in Anchorage or surrounding areas. I'd reccommend to anybody looking for a decent spot.

Walkable location to stores and restaurants. If you need close access to Anchorage but not BE in Anchorage this Microtel is ideal! All front desk (*Rhea, Luke) staff are accomodating, friendly and efficient.

Nothing sticks out that says fix this or I don't know if I'd stay here again. It's great value lodging!

No extra frills or luxury amenities here, but it has everything you need. Location is away from the hustle-bustle of downtown, but close enough if you want to go there for a visit. It’s in a safe area and the linens are fresh and clean! Great value for the price, I’m definitely staying here the next time I come up for a visit!

Got stuck trying to drive into the parking area, but this was equivalent to some of the other side roads in town. Breakfast was included, but limited to bagels and cereal. It would be nice if there were some protein or fruit options, too

Comfortable bed, fairly spacious room and large bathroom. Price was excellent considering the prices in Anchorage and Palmer. Staff polite and check in process was very easy and quick.

A lot of traffic noise - I was on the top floor and the glazing on the windows wasn't great. Parking was tight - it doesn't seem like much parking for the size of the hotel. The security lock on my door didn't work which made me feel slightly uncomfortable travelling as a single female. No tea/coffee facilities in room.

Location is very convenient (close to Hwy and multiple stores). I did like friendliness and helpfulness of the staff- that created a very nice vibe. Also the 24h check in option is great as i was checking in at 1am due to late arrival of my plane. Finally, the rooms are quite spacious and there is a plenty of parking available

My internet connection was not the best, also I think the coffee maker/ water heater in the room would be a very helpful option (there is none). Finally, some of the amenities (like sink or tub) in the room I stayed at require fixing as were either damaged or outdated

The bed was large and comfortable, the room is clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable for a basic room.

The TV didn’t work, which was minor, and the breakfast was bread, intensive without fresh fruit or yogurt.
