The stay was good, the bed was comfy, and the room was more spacious than expected

The booking was for a queen bed, but the actual size was a full, which was just barely big enough. We had specifically booked a queen room, and at a higher rate, so there would be enough bed room. The housekeeping also didn't refill the coffee or the soaps when they tidied the room for us, even though they made up the bed and replaced the towels.

We stayed off and on during a two week span of time. Everything was very clean. staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for exploring the area from Anchorage to Hatchers Pass. The parking lot is big enough for all guests. The front entrance is a little tricky if you are trying to push a luggage cart in and out as there is a step that they have covered with a very steep and short ramp. But staff was always handy to help. There is a coin laundry available for guests, the machines were well maintained and clean.

No continental breakfast.

It was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. I usually will not stay in anything below a guest rating of 8.0 and I prefer 9.0 or higher. I was very surprised when I walked in this place. It is easily a 8.4 or better. I asked and the girl behind the desk said they had a hard winter and a few things went wrong. Everything seemed to be worked out when we were there though.

The restaurant was closed, but I didn’t even realize it had a restaurant when I booked. A local told us the restaurant is actually pretty good. The one thing I REALLY didn’t like that they can easily change is that they didn’t have any half and half with the coffee that was offered in the lobby.

The location had a great view of the mountains and was central-located. Facilities were clean and provided everything our family needed. It was nice they had hot chocolate and coffee in the lobby for us in the morning.

The stairwell was under repairs, so all guests had to use the (one) elevator to access floors above the main level. There weren't any breakfast options even though there was a restaurant downstairs (for lunch and dinner). They were out of extra sheets for the pullout bed, so we had to use blankets.

There was no continental breakfast, although the gift shop offered snacks and some food items for purchase along with many cute/clever gifts. The view was "grand." The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Lots of parking and close to restaurants and shopping.

This is a great central location, and we have stayed here often and had a pleasant experience.

There is an awesome facility downstairs to accommodate a breakfast similar to what other hotels offer, so we were surprised there was no complimentary breakfast for overnight guests. (But we still come back all the time.)

Very clean. The bed was a little small, but comfortable. The staff was very friendly/helpful.

Price was a little high. It's right on the highway, which isn't bad, just wasn't where we wanted to be. However, it was very quiet in the room.

Nice location just off the highway, with a restaurant and lounge on site. Front desk was open 24/7 and room service was available. Continental breakfast bar was an added bonus.

The electrical outlets were a little outdated and worn, but serviceable.

Overall clean, courteous, and quiet. It was a pleasant experience.

Cost was prohibitive. Not a hotelier or in the business, having said that, not sure if same level of service/cleanliness could happen for less.
