Staff, room it self and parking. Your staff were all very good, but Brianna (Bree) and Jose were exceptional. I don't know what your Mission statement is, but I would suggest you use Brianna as your spokes person. She was very attentive and even brought us Kleenex to our room even though she was working the front desk. She looked up things for us and was always attentive.

Well, I love dogs, but I was somewhat upset that there were people with dogs and they made noise at times during the night. I also feel that with the possibility of getting fleas in our room, I'm not real happy with that. I know you probably don't fumigate after their stays. I think there should be a different building or at least a floor for people with pets. I know you provide ear plugs, but I don't think people should have to wear them due to peoples pets, plus it's hard to hear the alarm with ear plugs in.

The room was modern and very comfortable.. Breakfast delicious Lots of sitting area, nice atmosphere, why waiting. I really like the art in the hotel.

Some staff was not very knowledgeable in the beginning when askaba, check out and adding in a tissue a day. I requested a wake up call and they forgot all about me. The trash can, Located by elevator in our room floor. Was full to the top for the two days we stay. I believe they were short staff.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. The hotel has a fantastic breakfast, with lots of variety.

The parking lot is too small and there were too many commercial vehicles parked there, making it very difficult to park my personal vehicle.

got an unpleasant encountered from 1 of male staff, I assumed he is the maintenance guy. After parking my vehicle, he told me that parking spot was not for the guests, and that area was for the manager only. My reply to him was that there was no signage saying for “staff only”, and his reply was somebody stole the signage days before and I was thinking that is not my problem and it was very inappropriate for that guy to complaint where I parked my vehicle. I came as a paying guest and I didn’t like to take any grievances or complaint if I wasn’t wrong

The variety and quality of the breakfast was fantastic! The staff was very welcoming!

Everyone and everything were more than I expected in regards to helping getting my room, information on surrounding area, big lobby, nice big room, and an excellent breakfast.

The location was great. Restaurants and gas station were so near and convenient.

The sliding barn style bathroom door smashed my right fingers when closing it. There was no lock or stoppage to prevent the door from stopping.

clean and perfectly comfortable; I appreciated the soap and shampoo being provided in refillable bottles rather that the travel size containers that create so much waste.

our room faced the highway, so there was some traffic noise, but the hotel provided earplugs

Location among diners, gas station, hospital, and shopping is so convenient.

We always choose to stay here, so there isn't anything we don't like.
