I absolutely love this resort and its staff! I had booked a cabana and preordered food and drinks for our day by the pool, and it did not disappoint. Our rooms were clean, well-stocked, and exactly as we requested. Housekeeping was amazing, approachable, and friendly. I really enjoy staying here!

Our check-in experience was a bit troublesome. We arrived around 1:30 a.m. and had informed the hotel in advance that we would be late. However, the front desk staff struggled to locate our reservations and check us in. I had booked and prepaid for two rooms, but she attempted to put us in just one room. The entire process took over 45 minutes, and by the time we finished, we had missed the opportunity to grab a quick drink, as we were at the front desk past the cut-off time.

Close to golf course. Staff friendly and helpful.

Not much choice of dining. Dining areas all overlooked the slot machines and we were there for golf not gambling. Not much variety and the emphasis was on quantity of food not quality. There was one expensive restaurant which has a good reputation but we didn’t try it because it was dark and just off the casino. Check in very slow.

Great value for the entertainment available at the resort and nearby Fountain Hills. The food available in the resort was great and reasonably priced. We did not try room service. Lovely pool/Jacuzzi area and views. Amethyst Spa was wonderful and the staff there was very friendly and pleasant. Good tv channels available in the room. Got to take advantage of several promotions at the casino for food/drinks & play. Good checkout experience. Overall, a fun and relaxing time.

Greeting upon arrival was not pleasant and the front desk staff member ran through introduction of amenities and facilities available in one breath, so it was difficult to retain the information she gave. Rooms were underwhelming and beds were stiff. Refrigerator in the room was nonfunctioning.

Beautiful facilities, clean and appreciate the non smoking casino. All their food was excellent. You must get the breakfast quesadilla at the market and the burgers at the sports bar. Do not skip dinner at their main restaurant.

That there was zero attention to people in the pool area. You have to call and leave a message to order any type of drinks or food and the delivery time is extremely long.

Super staff....everywhere! The bar, pool, restaurants......never dealt with anyone that wasn't polite and happy. Cleanest and neatest place we've ever stayed at.....and we travel a lot.

I booked the trip for my wife's 60th birthday because we noticed our favorite band, "Uncorked The Band" was scheduled to play Friday night. They didn't. When I emailed the band they said they were scheduled, but that another band was booked later. They didn't know what happened. (They are the best) Said they are scheduled again in mid-June. Hopefully it sticks.

Be more accommodating when booking through a third party. This was my first time booking and I requested an adjustment to our reservation. Instead the adjustment turned into a cancellation and a charge to my credit card. I have been trying to resolve this and have left multiple message but have not received a call back.

A perfect start when we arrived in the parking lot and a super friendly golf cart driver picked us up. It made a great first impression for us! In the short trip he gave us a run down on what the resort offered. Wonderful!

Our front desk lady was miserable, but the other three working at the desk were perfect with their guests! I guess we just picked the wrong one!

Everything was clean and ease of movement between casino, hotel, and food choices.

We asked for handicap access for my mom when booking hotel, email response was to ask at hotel. Once we checked in hotel said they didn’t get the request, they didn’t have any rooms that could accommodate my mom’s disability. We asked for a supervisor to look into it but she said she couldn’t help- that was it!

No breakfast buffet just had the café, but we didn't eat there. The entire stay is an experience in itself. worth staying at, I don't gamble but its always fun to just watch and feel the excitement.

First time in a few years coming back and it was a completely new casino. Loved it. The hotel was still very comfortable, had one of my best sleeps there. Parking was close and the option to pick a floor to stay in was great.

The price is definitely a factor. At 320 a night, it was still a cheaper option than staying in Mesa, Tempe or Scottsdale. There was no breakfast buffet. Ended up driving back into Mesa for breakfast while our trip was towards Payson.
