The breakfast items were plentiful, just not as I was looking forward to as in (🥞🥐🥓🍉.) Although, I'm Lactose intolerant and recently had some extensive dental work,so many of the food items provided were not things, I could enjoy at that time.The pool and Hot Tub were very nice. 👍Over all , my stay was good. Thank you 🙂 I did stay 3 nights and if a discount is available toward a future visit ,that would be Greatly Appreciated. At the check in desk, there is information about such a future stay discount being available.🤞 I forgot to mention it to the nice young man who was working the morning of May 25,2025. The bed was not as comfortable as I wish it had been. A bit to firm for me..The in room coffee maker, was not working properly. All other, electric, in room items worked fine.🙂 we

The newly renovated hotel facilities were quite attractive, pleasant, and clean. The hotel was well located for the activities my daughter and I enjoy at the start of the day, walking around the lake and hills across from the hotel, in particular. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Self-serve breakfast was available in the downstair breakfast room. The food was plentiful but unremarkable. I was surprised that there were many fewer guests than I expected, given the comfort, attractiveness, location, and relatively low room cost for the hotel, compared to others I had considered.

We requested a change in rooms due to a heavy bleach smell when we entered the first room assigned to us. There was no maid service between days, We had to call the desk to get clean, dry towels, which were quickly delivered.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the fountain park, close to restaurants, cafés, and amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. I especially liked the common areas—the lobby, gym, and meeting areas—which are very well-conceived and looked after. I highly recommend the place.

The reception staff could be a bit more friendly. The only real drawdown of our experience was the breakfast, which doesn't do justice to the beauty and comfort of the hotel. Apart from a nice selection of fresh fruits, the rest is pre-packed food—even boiled eggs—which is not very inviting. Breakfast cups, dishes, and cutlery are all made of single-use plastic and paper, resulting in a massive and unnecessary quantity of waste.

Everything... location, location, location. Large picture window over looking Fountain Hills Park. Waking every morning with the sun rising over the mountains just awesome. Not to mention the 350ft. fountains towering eruption every hour. The many great places to eat and enjoy your favorite beverage indoor or out just across the street. The absolute thing that I didn't like was the fact that we had to leave 70 to 75 degree weather to come back to the 0 to 20 degrees frozen tundra of Wisconsin.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, parking was ample, and the breakfast had a nice variety of food.

I was in a handicap-accessible room. It was very large. I would like to have had a comfortable chair to sit and read or knit. I was in Fountain Hills to see the night sky, and it would have been really nice to have an outdoor seating area for looking at the sky. The pool area had lots of comfortable seating, but the lighting was too high up to enable star-gazing.

The location is great, and Fountain Hills is a cute town. The hotel was clean and, for the most part, comfortable. Breakfast was offered as long as you are not looking for anything more than muffins and cereal.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable, and the crinkling of the mattress pad was a little annoying. The staff at the front desk weren't rude but not very friendly. A good morning or a "how was your day?" goes a long way.

I liked the new, up-to-date feeling of the hotel. Excellent location & setting. I always appreciate having a complimentary continental breakfast available. The room was spacious & nicely decorated. Having a microwave, small refrigerator/ freezer, & coffeemaker in the room is very helpful. Friendly, helpful staff.

I would like to see the breakfast hours extended to 9:30 or 10:00am. Also, more lighting by the bed for reading. Wall hooks or more hangars in the closet would be helpful. Instead of the small bottles of shampoo & conditioner I’d prefer the pump bottles attached to the shower wall. Easy to use & less waste.

Location was excellent. I loved how comfortable the beds were and everything looked modern and up to date. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast selection was awesome!

The person staying above us (we had a lower ground room) kept stomping their feet very early in the morning all the days we were there.

Everything about Fountain Park Hotel is excellent, watching the sun rise over the mountains every morning is gorgeous and seeing the fountain right out of our window... exceptional. We have stayed here before and will stay here again

Let me think...oh... the water in the shower could be a little warmer. I like hot showers these were warm, but they have a hot tub by the pool.

Great location, just across from the lake and park. We enjoyed walking over to see fountain and to have dinner. Our little very much enjoyed the playground and music instruments. They also have a splash pad for kiddos at the park. He also loved chasing the ducks by the lake! At the hotel, the pool was nice and quiet, we had it to ourselves every time we used it.

Our room wasn't clean when we checked in. There were fingerprints and crumbs on the desk and night stand. I was surprised as the reviews for cleanliness were good. We talked to the front desk and since the cleaning crew had gone home he offered to come and wipe it down or change us to a room with 2 queen beds (our room had two kings). He came up and wiped it down for us, and the next morning the cleaning crew did a full cleaning for us for the rest of our stay. It was disappointing at first, but I appreciated them making it right.
