David, the front desk staff was extremely accommodating. He gave us detailed information about the property and even upgraded our room to a phenomenal view. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The outdoor views it provided were fantastic. The additional amenities including the pool and gym were a nice bonus. The cleaning staff were friendly and provided extra towels and garbage cleaning. The room atmosphere was quiet. No loud noises from other rooms and no loud noises in the hallways. Nice and peaceful.

The room felt dated. The paint definitely needs updating in the room. It's a WTF shade of yellow. Sherwin Williams, Killim Beige or Wordly Grey will do wonders for a room color that felt like it was trapped in the 70's. Carpets need uplifting as well OR at least a deep clean for cost efficiency. The dead ivy on the south wall of the building needs upkeep or complete removal. The evolution of these simple "upkeeps" can help to bring in more potential clients.

We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas in Sedona! The creekside villas were peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by natural beauty. Waking up to the sound of the creek and the view of the red rocks was unforgettable. Breakfasts were wonderful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location made it easy to explore Sedona while still feeling tucked away. Highly recommend for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

While the price for a two-night stay felt a bit steep compared to other accommodations, we ultimately felt it reflected the premium location and atmosphere. The villas were large and offered a sense of privacy and calm that’s hard to find, and the natural setting along the creek added something truly special to the experience.

Good location with town facilities easily walkable. Facilities were good including availability of complimentary hot and cold drinks in the foyer, decent size swimming pool. The included breakfast was excelent with good choice of items and the staff were efficient at replenishing and keeping the room and tables clean. Waking to sun on the famous red rocks was a pleasure [but paid for!].

Furnishing s in room were OK but first impressions were that they seemed a little tired. Bathroom was a little cramped and dark. Bed sheets were crumpled on arrival which gave the impression that they may not have been changed despite seeming clean.

The property is well located right in town and offers some beautiful views and access to the clubhouse. The grounds are well manicured and breakfast was good and convenient.

We stayed in the villa. It was spacious for our family of four, which we liked. Some of the other villas had nicer patios and placement in proximity to the creek. We didn’t use the patio because it needed some sprucing up and was shady. Also, if you stay in the villas, you have to walk/drive up a hill to town and breakfast. This wasn’t a problem for us, but something to note.

I would call the hotel directly. Booking through here would have been a nightmare if they didn't help me reschedule a room I just booked. So call the hotel yourself and book through them is my suggestion, because if something goes wrong the hotel staff can't help because it was bought through booking. So it just makes sense. Plus I couldn't get a hold of anyone from this site and was told the hotel didn't approve my change of date when I called them and they did it themselves. So if you want a headache book using a third party. If you want true service book directly through the hotel the staff was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL.

Nice and comfy rooms with beautiful views over the mountains and private balcony. Clean and well maintained. The Pool house (including sauna, outdoor/indoor pool, pool table, tennis table etc.) is actually part of a nearby resort, to which you have access with a pass from Best Western. There is also a smaller outdoor pool with nice views in the Best Western hotel.

The breakfast was good but the breakfast room is really outdated and not pleasant to eat in. We ate on the terrasse outside instead.

Loved the location and view out our room’s window looking into the mountains. Was right on the main drag and easily walking distance to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The awesome lady working the front counter at check-in was so nice and welcoming and helpful. A true delight of a person!!

Bathrooms definitely need to be updated. Toilet needs to be a taller-senior height toilet! Plus the sink counter needs to be taller as well. (Did like the sink/counter outside of the shower/toilet area tho!!) Was disappointed that the shower had all of the conditioners, etc, but no shampoo offered!? We arrived there about two hours before official check in time. Even though our room was ready we had to pay an “early check-in” fee in order to get into our room to drop our bags before we could go shopping. Felt that fee is gouging as there was nothing that had to be done additional by anyone on premise to get us into our room early, yet we had to pay to get in our room early! Will definitely factor this in when we go to book a hotel for our next trip!

Location. Location. Location. Perfect place to be that is close to wonderful restaurants and many shops. The grounds are expansive with access to Oak Creek. Make a yummy latte in the main office or in the breakfast room (with 2 pumps flavored creamer and an extra shot of espresso if you desire) and take it down to Oak Creek where you can sit in an adorable Adirondack chair and have a relaxing morning. Breakfast was great and the lattes were good enough to not make me want to go somewhere else to find good coffee.

It was perfect as it was in DOWNTOWN Sedona. I would have liked a slightly more comfortable bed. The breakfasts were fabulous as was the staff and we received so much information from all of them ie places to see and how to get there, places to eat and even when to leave for Phoenix for our flight back home. The reason we chose Best Western Plus was the VIEW.

Room size was acceptable. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast has good selection too. Overall, happy with our stay and enjoyed it. Had good view of the famed Red Rocks.

No housekeeping throughout the 4 nights of stay. Whilst I understand and appreciate the idea to go green, it would be better if there is some housekeeping once in 2-3 days. But to be fair to the hotel, we could request for housekeeping if we need it. However, we have to notify front desk by 10am each morning and for the period of time we were there, we always forget or missed the timing.
