I loved how it was centrally located. And within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The facility also had free parking on site with pass. The rooms had a mini fridge and coffee pot. The front lobby also had coffee and a microwave, but if needed.

Being right on the main Hwy did make it a little noisy. I would have preferred liquid creamer w my coffee, in the room or at least access to liquid creamer. But there is coffee shop across the street. And I had requested a Birthday card for my friend upon arrival, a free service that can be asked for. An employee responded YES, it would be done, but wasn’t. I was a little disappointed.

Loved the balcony overlooking the creek (more like trees, but the creek is hidden under there!). King bed was great. Water pressure in the shower was good. And it was very quiet while we were there - able to sleep in comfortably. This is going to depend on the time of year but there were just a handful of other guests so we mostly had the pool/hot tub all to ourselves which was awesome. Really good location for both driving and walking to activities and restaurants.

I kept stubbing my toe on the mini fridge under the bathroom sink. The door to the balcony could use an upgrade/refurbish. It was hard to open/close and very noisy.

We were very disappointed with the bathroom (which is due to be refurbished) in the first room we were allocated, 117, but Cerria moved us to room 111 which had a great bathroom. Large room with comfortable beds. The most fantastic view from the balcony we have ever seen from a hotel. Location is excellent. Loved two restaurants close by, Wildflower for great breakfasts and lunches and Creekside American Bistro for dinner with its superb food and service.

For us Brits, a kettle so we could make tea in our room would have been very welcome. But you can make tea in reception so not too far away.

Gorgeous view, lovely patio, comfy bed, exquisite pool, best walkable local, quiet with sound of running stream. From patio, large sliding glass door for full views, comfy room chair with view, nice little gym with a view, very sweet staff that enhanced our stay.

No microwave and tiny fridge- but there was microwave in the lobby. tiny bathroom but I was fine using extra space a bigger bath would take up, to have a full view. Sad that the path to the river had to be closed ( safety) I really wanted to go sit by the creek but there is no longer access. - facility built an additional patio/ venue on top instead, which is very nice. Price was high.

The hotel was located in a convenient area. The view from the pool was beautiful. The room was oversized compared to the average hotel room. I enjoyed staying here over all the other hotels that was booked on my trip.

No breakfast provided. You can purchase chips or trail mix at the front desk but they do provide coffee and hot chocolate. There was no laundry on site. The listing shows a paved trail along the creek which you can not access. I was told they closed that off a year ago. The plug in by the sink was not very stable. All my hair appliances wouldn't stay plugged up. The walk in shower was small. There is no tub for little ones.

Perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Staff was excellent. Kim at the front desk was super sweet and offered advice on what areas to visit and what restaurants to check out. As soon as we checked in and walked toward our room we got to see 4 javelinas walking around in the parking lot. Exciting!!! Our room had a balcony that looked out on to the mountain side. Caught the sun rise right from our room. The bed was like sleeping on a comfy cloud!! We loved our room.

Dragging luggage up to the 2nd floor. But we needed the exercise.

I stayed 7th May - 8th May. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. During my stay, I met three members of staff who were a real credit to the hotel. The afternoon reception guy was very patient with me after my very long drive and was really helpful and friendly. The lady receptionist the following morning, and ‘Ron’, were both lovely, friendly and kind. Made me feel very welcome. I’m bad with names and apologise for not remembering. The room had dual aspect windows which gave me a view of the fountain out front and the courtyard/parking at the back. I also had a balcony with a good view. The king-size bed was comfy, good mattress and pillows. The shower was almost level access which was great for me. I had all the amenities: coffee maker, hairdryer, mini fridge, comfortable chair, desk and office chair etc. The hotel is on the roundabout so very easy to access. I had booked a Pink Jeep tour and the walk from the hotel to the tour office was about 5-6 minutes, such a convenience. So, comfy, clean, well-located and really great staff.

There was nothing to dislike.

The hotel was just right for what we needed. We had come to the end of a week long trip to many of the National Parks in Utah and Colorado and staying at Cedars Resort was the perfect ending. The unit we had was on the ground floor so it was easy to get our luggage in and out of the room. It is located in town with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Although most of the shops were galleries or artist based shops, not much along the lines of tourist souvenir shops. We at at Open Range Grill and Tavern, just a short walk from the hotel. The food was really good and the view was spectacular. If I am ever in Sedona again, I will not hesitate to stay at Cedars Resort.

The room was large and we had a wonderful view over the canyon. Outdoor pool was lovely also with canyon views. The location was walking distance to shops and restaurants and a quick drive to other facilities such as supermarkets and launderettes. Communication was efficient for late arrival.

The bathroom was very small with little floor space. The room although big was dated and poorly laid out. There were not many sun loungers at the pool, on busy days they would have been insufficient. Gym was not well equipped if you didn't cycle or run. The arrival instructions for late at night were confusing.

Everything was so clean, it was a beautiful and well maintained property with enough of the basics to make it an exceptionally pleasant stay for the price and compared to other options in the area. The fitness room was decently stocked to get the travel wiggles out, the pool was beautifully located and clean.

Not a thing! Even for being understaffed, or whatever the cause is for a more limited set of front office hours, they were all so kind and we felt well accommodated and cared for while staying here.
