Absolutely love the inclusion of tips in one daily price. No need to futz around with ones and fives. All companies:dining establishments should follow your lead. (First picture is view from our balcony)

Too many stairs to get down to the restaurant. However there is a road you can drive down for guests who may need assistance. Considering where the property is build stairs are necessary. It ain’t called “The Cliffs” for no nothing.

Great location! The view from the room was incredible! Right in Upper Sedona. Short driving distance to the major hiking sites. Comfortable beds. Would recommend.

The room was a little dated and could do with a bit of TLC. The man who checked-us in seemed a bit sour and impatient.

The view and location was amazing, we had our own balcony overlooking the amazing red rocks. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, we were on the ground level so easy to get in and out of, parking was easy and convenient, and staff was very nice and welcoming.

The only thing that was weird was the toilet. It's almost like you could feel when the person in the adjacent room sat on their toilet, the toilet moved. Wish the pool was open but they are having to redo it completely.

The View at this Inn is AMAZING. The facility was very clean and had lots of accommodations; i.e. ice bucket, fridge, snacks in the lobby to have when going out for a hike, breakfast delivery to room. Very nice place, that also has an amazing location in Sedona.

The facility is a little dated but very clean and stocked well with the things you might need. I hope the next time we are in Sedona we will be able to stay there again.

View was amazing, room had lots of space, shower water pressure awesome, loved the fireplace, cleaning staff was exceptional! Room was clean, beds, pillows and couch good, balcony nice. Loved the location - walked to shops, restaurants and the pink jeep tours right by.

Parking was slightly challenging, but it was fine. We had to move our car a couple of times in the am because our only parking option was the bus area.

The most amazing view of the Red rocks from our room balcony. The hotel is cosy & in a great location as all shops & restaurants are in walking distance. This hotel is also listed by a lot of the tour companies for pick up. It is also located very close to the Sedona OHV routes for the best ATV off roading experiences - a must when in Sedona!

We had a slight ant problem in our room but the hotel staff managed to sort it out quickly for us!

Advertisement said there was a pool, found out when we got there that the pool was no longer in service as there was a landslide or something “last year”. That should have been clear at time of booking as a pool would have been great with the heat. Should have been disclosed

Currently under construction for remodeling. Check in desk is at sister property (l’ auberge) That led to some inconvenience traveling back and forth.

It was my 7yr wedding anniversary and they left a bottle of wine in the room for us, there’s a fireplace, and the view is stunning! In the morning you can walk to 89Cantina for breakfast and everything on the menu is delicious. After you can walk and shop, you’re right in upper Sedona downtown in walking distance to everything.

No pool or gym but honestly wouldn’t have used them, we were out hiking and driving around all day and night

The room had a perfect view of the red rocks. It was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The room was attractive and quiet. You could hear no noise from neighboring rooms. Also, the room was walking distance to some of the red rock jeep tours.

The cable/satalite television had issues and we were unable to view some of the cable news channels. The TV worked well for the first day that we were there. The rest of the three days it didn't.
