We loved the studio we rented! The room was extremely comfortable with the living room area and comfortable bed. I got to enjoy a sunset on the balcony. The jacuzzi area is beautiful with the fire pit going outside the area. They have an indoor lounge area with a billiards table, where you could bring some drinks and hang out if you had a large group. We were there on a Wednesday during off season and it wasn’t crowded. They also do fun events like s’mores around the fire pit and star gazing that we didn’t take advantage of. My partner was impressed with their gym. The location was fantastic. Very walkable, if needed.

When you come back late after dinner, sometimes the parking for your villa was full and may need to park further down. We were there during off season and on a weekday, so imagine it’s more an issue during the busy season.

Great view and room configuration

Rooms are dated and need upgrading. Hot tub was dirty with bugs, tree debris and bubbles

Location can't be beat, right in the center of Sedona village but raised off the main road enough to feel a little private. The views from the pool and activity center were great. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and I personally enjoyed the layout, though it's not a traditional hotel room set up. Clearly time shares that you are renting from a separate owner, but it made it feel a bit more like a home. Particularly liked have a table to eat a family meal at, and that each room had a balcony or patio safe enough to let our 2 year old be out on.

I got a really great price so maybe the normal or peak season price wouldn't have been such a great value. Also there was no drinking water in the room, we had to go to the activity center to fill up, which wasn't too much trouble but we were thirsty in the middle of the night and didn't realize that was the set up.

Spacious one bedroom unit…told it was recently renovated but kitchen and bathroom was outdated Location is amazing with plenty of parking

Agreed to attend their Hyatt Vacation Club Timeshare seminar which was quite good but at the end when we declined to purchase they said they ran out of visa gift cards that we were promised for attending and it’s been over 2 months and have still not received them…bad customer service!

1711 B and A the view from B was amazing, Staff was very helpful, when using the BBQ the staff made sure we had everything we needed and lighted the Fire pit for us also. will most defiantly be coming back.

Really there was nothing I didn't like, just the fact we had to leave. Everything is very close you can walk to whatever you want to do. There is nothing I did not like

Facilities and staff were great. Location was perfect. Room was clean.

The door connecting our room to the next was not locked or sealed. Neighbor stepped in our room at some point because it wasn’t locked and we could hear everything Nextdoor super clearly.

The location was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect for our family. The pool and fitness area was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

FYI… Some of the rooms require going up and down stairs. This might be a problem for some. It was not for us. They offered assistance with bags if needed.

I liked the location, easy to find and privacy. The room and bathroom were great, Hyatt never disappoints. The kitchenette and washer/dryer were such a huge help!

Room I got was very badly lit by natural light due to its positioning, but you don't spend that much time indoors in Sedona. Make sure you ask for a room with a view.

The views were amazing. Nice facilities, to bad the pool closes at 9 in the summer. The room was nice, a bit dated but comfy for the family.

The sheet had a little stain on them, kinda unusual for the hyatt. The room did not have coffee cups but we had a joining room so we found some.
