The staff was wonderful, the LED lights in the pool were fun (we didn't have time to use the pool, unfortunately) and the pool was clean. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water for two showers. The breakfast and coffee were good. The place had lots of people booked, but you couldn't hear anything once the door was shut, and no noise through the wall.

We were coming from Texas, so getting there was nuts. We had stayed in a similarly priced hotel in Plano and their suite was larger and nicer, but you could hear everyone else in the place and their pool was nasty. So the only things that I didn't like here was navigating to the frontage road and that the yogurt machine wasn't working.

The workers were friendly and the rooms were clean. They do tend to have a slight odor due to the carpeting in the rooms. It is not overpowering, but noticeable. No live bugs in the rooms as some of the rooms I have recently stayed in had (never at this one though). I have found a few dead ones. It’s summer, no surprise there.

My main problem with this stay was that the worker that checked me in was asking for ADA paperwork for a service animal. My husband has Multiple Sclerosis and she is his catcher dog for when he falls and a retriever of items for him. But a business may not ask for paperwork. They can ask what job she performs, and if she is required because of a disability. And the pool says its hours are 10am-9pm…. People need to actually pick that gate. People in the pool at 11:30pm-12:30am is ridiculous.

Extremely clean! Great parking for our large U-Haul! (And trucks too). Restaurants within walking distance. Air conditioning was on and we didn’t have to cool off the room. (Being from Alaska, this was a surprise that made us soooo happy!). Pool very clean. Breakfast was actually hot! Good apples!

Not much, could tell it was older (layers of bathroom caulk), but even the corners of the floors were clean!

I loved the friendly staff, especially the manager! Breakfast was fantastic! The jetted tub felt fabulous! I will recommend this hotel to everybody I know. If you are staying in Benton, Arkansas, great place to stay! Pet friendly and was charged only $20 for my Labrador! My first stay in Arkansas and is was great!

I loved the whole experience!

The room was spacious (we had the family suite) and the location was close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were all nice and professional. The cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning up the room each day. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The beds were comfortable.

I did not like that there was construction on the expressway in front of the hotel. The bathroom was a little small.

The front desk clerk let me in my room early and I really appreciated it. I had driven all night to say goodbye to my brother who is dying from pancreatic cancer. This gave me a chance to take a shower and drop off my stuff before returning to the hospital. She didn’t have to do it, but she did. It’s that kind of service that makes a hotel exceptional.

No concerns

Great hotel a little pricey, but overall the accommodations were great. The rooms were spotless. The food was terrific. I love this place I will definitely go back.

But I like about it most was the friendly faces and the food was delicious bed was comfortable. They kept towels in the rooms. It was just a nice place all around.

Breakfast was awesome! My family enjoyed their stay. I Loved the size of the room it was perfect for our family of 6. The room was clean, and the furniture was perfect as temporary barricades for our toddlers.

The full length mirror needs to be more secure on the wall for my one year old toddler was fascinated by how he could pull on it. And the corner protectors need to be more secure as well he would not stop trying to get his fingers behind them.

Sausage was ok, Fruit, yogurt cereal, juice was fine Clean room, a bit of a Musk smell, overall we were pleased and very clean

Eggs not the natural type, pancake taste just ok. Toilet was very low to the ground, didn't look like a standard toilet.

The room was clean, spacious for a family of 6, the breakfast was delicious and the pancake machine was a hit!

Pool hours. I wish the pool opened earlier so we could have swam before having to leave
