Great location. Room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Nice business center where I was able to print out a last minute business document at no cost. The Nescafé machine was available with coffee (free) at all hours. The Mexican restaurant across from the hotel was really tasty!

The chlorine in the pool solarium was so strong it burned our eyes. Extremely hot even though the pool is not heated. They need to find a way to better vent the room. The breakfast was terrible. The sausage was rubbery and the eggs dry and crusty. Colton’s steakhouse next to the hotel was overpriced and the steak was overcooked and the texture was grisly.

We had a great breakfast. Coffee was available around the clock, while breakfast started at 6:30. A good variety of breads, waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, juices, waffle fixing and hot oatmeal. Couldn't do any better! We also love that there are 4 restaurant options within walking distance. After a long day on the road, it is nice not to have to drive to get dinner.

We couldn't get on our Netflix or Prime account to watch movies. Not sure if it was available and we gave up to quickly at the end of a long day or if they didn't have smart tv's. It would be a nice upgrade to offer smart tv's.

Location and cleanliness of property. Smells so good. We travel Houston to Indiana and this is a halfway mark for us. Has a great steakhouse beside it has a Mexican place across the street great location with places to eat.

Elevators looks like Dogs have peed in them they are clean but stained.

My.heat in my room was only blowing out cold air we set the thermostat to max temp and put it on heat and it still would blow out cold air we were freezing and now my daughter has a cold

I did not eat breakfast, but my husband did. I did love the coffee machine, though! It was a real perk. My coffee machine in the room did not work, but having the one in the lobby was great. Room was very nice and clean and bathroom was great. Very nice property!

friendly staff, good breakfast... location. we were there while it was decorated in fall, and got some good family ops, and then the day after thanksgiving, we got some good pics, with the grands and the christmas tree and deco... thank you!

i had a suite, the floors were nasty! they need to be mopped!!!!! we could not go barefooted at all... had to have shoes on to go from the bed to the bathroom! we had to take a wet washcloth to the bed with us, to wash our feet b4 we got into the bed... it was that bad. AND, the 2 luggage rolling carts, were NEVER available for us...

I requested to check in between 1300-1400. the room was ready, but I couldn't check in til 1500. Also, I had 2 rooms that were supposed to close together, but they weren't.

The breakfast is always excellent at Best Western. The hotel was decent especially for the area. The front entrance was nice and the lady at the front was especially kind.

The floors (grout) was dirty and it looked especially bad around elevators. Carpet in room was a little worn/dirty. We stayed in a suite but there was a spot light that was pointed directly in our room. The blackout curtains did not fully shut so this is a problem for those who need darkness to sleep.

I loved everything about it. The room was clean. I loved that it had a shower, no tub to step over into, and the breakfast was awesome. And the coffee in the lobby had so many choices, including cappuccinos and lattes.

The Lobby, elevators and hallways were all clean and welcoming. Our room was very clean, comfortable and yes, I checked the bedding. It was clean and fresh (no hair or bedbugs). Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Love the new coffee system. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly. We stay at this location every year as we travel south.
