I absolutely love the breakfast and the options for breakfast. The facility was clean and smelled good. The staff was very polite. The parking was free. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others for a stay.

The facility overall was clean. However, the pool was not up to par. It needed servicing and appeared murky green. The pool was the reason I booked the hotel. Also, the treadmill in the fitness center was broken.

The property was pretty and well maintained. It was very quiet. We didn’t hear the other guests at all! Our room was pretty and spacious. It felt like home. The staff was very friendly.

We had to change rooms due to a squeaky air conditioner. The clerk was very nice and this wasn’t too inconvenient. Our next room did not have enough toilet paper so we had to go to the front desk and ask for some. That was kind of inconvenient. The smoke detector flashed intermittently and because I sleep so lightly, it disturbed my sleep. My husband didn’t notice it.

Needed 3 rooms for family for Thanksgiving and they were able to accommodate all of us together on same floor. It was clean, had good beds, and the kids enjoyed the breakfast. The location was perfect for us since it was close to my mother's assisted living facility.

The pool was way too cool for the grandkids to use. That was a disappointment. The pool was one if the reasons we chose hotel vs vrbo.

Robin at the front desk rocks! We found a bed bug and took a picture and didn’t want a big deal just to be moved and Robin moved our rooms then upon check out they refunded my money. As someone who travels a lot for sports, the customer service was top notch! They asked were we ok and even paid for us to wash our blankets there. I will still be back to the location to stay even after this small issue.

Loved how clean, comfortable, and put together the room was! Very nice! Very impressed!

Only because I have to leave a comment here, there was a patch of dried, spilled nail polish on the floor. But it was out of the way and didn’t bother us.

Property is old so you will realize as soon as you enter and also the entrance of this hotel is at the backside of the main road!

Everything was still the same as always. I will always choose to stay at this hotel. It very quiet and comfortable.

I've had one bad experience while staying here. A housekeeper cleaned my room but took all my snacks, juice and food I had left in the refrigerator and gave them way and threw them out. I dont know why she did it, but I went to the manager. She refunded me for one night, but I haven't received the refund yet. It been almost a week. This happened on Christmas and I was very upset. I stayed calm the whole time.

The black out curtains only closed halfway. They should give the option to completely close. Breakfast was good but in 20 minutes of waiting time the staff didn’t restock the scrambled eggs. I was disappointed in not having eggs for breakfast.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I couldn’t hear the people next door through the wall . The young gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when we’d request towels.

Breakfast was PACKED in the morning. Everyone fighting over whatever food remained. I wasn’t there late either, like 8am.

Front desk gentleman was so helpful and friendly. - Wish I’d recall his name. Dark hair, warm skin tone. Very professional and accommodating.
