Hotel location and activities during end of the year were great. Room is very clean with new carpet. Concierge staff and service was great. Good options for dinner.

Game room was deteriored and missing games. Front desk staff could be happier and more customer friendly.

It is a great location, near the national park and have some really nice activities to do

I feel the pool wasn't as clean as it could be and the Jacuzzis didn't work that well and weren't as hot as they should be

Loved the location because it is right outside of the Yosemite gate by the Mariposa grove. It's a little drive into town but there's still that option.

I did not enjoy the food at Jackelopes. We had 3 burgers and they were overpriced and sad when they got to us. They don't come with any of the fixings (lettuce,tomato, onion). My bacon mushroom burger had to little Half pieces of bacon and a few mushrooms in the middle of the bun under the patty. It was not worth it.

Room had enough space for a family with 2 adults and 2 little children. Good food. Free nightly smores kits for the family. Good location just a few minute from from the Yosemite gate.

Our room was never cleaned or refreshed. We specifically told the housekeeping staff when we left after our 2nd night. We returned at night to no towels, no toilet paper, and needing a change of sheets on a bed for which we left a note. Trash was not emptied. We had to call 2 times as we realized what we needed. We had to collect our own trash (we have 2 little ones so we had a lot after 2 days). We changed the sheets on the bed ourselves. The runner they sent was speedy and happily brought what we needed in 2 trips.

Room was nice, clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated the possibility to store luggage at the front desk during the day. Free self-laundry (you have to pay only for detergent). Many extra services (ice ring, swimming pool, bonfire, snow shoes rental). Small grocery store right in the hallway.

Really loud heating. Not enough ceiling lights in the rooms, you have to turn on 4 table lamps.

Tenaya Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and top-notch service. The lodge’s ambiance perfectly blends luxury with a cozy mountain retreat feel. Our room was spacious and had all the modern amenities we could ask for. The resort facilities, including the spa, indoor pool, games room and multiple dining options, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location just outside Yosemite’s south entrance was very convenient, allowing us easy access to the park (and the whole Mariposa Grove area) while providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. We highly recommend Tenaya Lodge for those seeking comfort, relaxation, and an excellent Yosemite getaway!

Great staff. Nice amenities and fun activities such as snowshoeing and ice skating. Smores each night too!

Need lighting out at road entrance. Hard to see in the dark. Housekeeping should be standard and not require a call each night to request.

Fantastic location, staff, food, super comfy rooms and clean!!!! The best hotel we’ve stayed on our 3 week trip! The activities for the kids and the little touches are what makes Tenaya special - going above and beyond for the planned activities daily, the snack station in the day and the s’mores station in the evenings….the indoor pool and games room and beautiful fireplace foyer was perfect for our lazy snow day to enjoy to beauty of Tenaya in snow - so special….. oh and the clean and free washing machines/dryers were the perfect domestic support for our extended travel!

Almost everything. We used it as a base for yosemite, but we made sure we were always back with plenty of time to enjoy the facilities. Great location - about 1hr into yosemite village if you set off around 7am. Otherwise, it's about 1.5 hrs or longer. Pool is fantastic with a great bar. Laundry is also a really nice touch. Great vibe and buzz with the place, too. Rooms are an excellent size and really nice. Also, 20 mins from oakhurst if you fancy a change of scenery. The shop and deli were also well stocked with quality items. The breakfast buffet was good too, with nice options. We will be back (from the UK). Best part of our trip.

Only downside is the food options are a bit limited. It would be nice to have some healthier options.

The food at the restaurant in the Lodge was very good (we ate both breakfast and dinner there). The servers were professional and courteous. I liked that there was an option to choose from a buffet breakfast or a la carte from the menu. There were 5 people in my room, and we requested a rollaway bed (at a small cost). The rollaway bed we received was surprisingly comfortable. The mattress was thick and not saggy at all. Another thing we enjoyed was the fire pits around the grounds. My family and I were able to make s'mores at night and play life-size Jenga and Connect Four on the lawn with my teenage kids.
