Friendly Staff. Clean Hotel. Good parking. Continental breakfast is served in adjacent Hotel.

Booking.com site definitely lied about availability of rooms. They made it seem like the Hotel was almost full capacity by saying only a few rooms were available.... far from reality, it was a Ghost Town, only a few cars in the driveway with only 2 guests that i saw. Not saying the Hotel did not deliver. Our stay was nice and the Staff was great. Just did not like the statement that were False on Booking's site.

Location was good, close to Yosemite. The place was clean, breakfast was your typical continental. It was good. The room was clean.

I was charge $50 incidental fee which they said it will be refunded once we checked out at the hotel, but I also saw a charge of $299 when I had already had booked my stayed through Booking, and it wasn't until I checked my credit card recent activity that I realized I was being charge for another room. Unfortunately, I had already checked out of the hotel, and on our way to another destination, but I called Holiday Inn and they started the refund. I have not being refunded yet, but I'm hoping it gets posted to my account in the next couple of days.

We liked everything. The guy at the counter was the greatest and he told us all about the area.

When we opened the bling there was a lot of poop on the outside window sill. BUT in the evening we got to see a bunch of bats fly out together. So it became really cool and as we wanted, a bit of nature. It’s sad that we leave our room cleaner than most but need to pay $50 extra. Our dog is cleaner than most people. lol. When applying on line, it does not say what the fee is. So $50 was a surprise.

Property was a great location for our visit to Yosemite. It appeared clean at first glance but the bathroom had paper on the ground and had obviously not been swept.

Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and it would be nice to have a dog run since your property is dog friendly. On that note, there was a lot of dog poop around the property. It needs to be cleaned up or enforced when people bring pets by asking them to clean up after their pets. Gross!

Friendly staff, clean room which was way too big for me 😊 Location nearby Yosemite. Mariposa Grove was about half an hour drive, Yosemite Valley took about an hour longer. Great food options in town as well.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, everything seemed to have too much salt. Also, paper plates & plastic cutleries are such a waste!

Very modern, clean, spacious and comfortable room. Very comfortable beds, but this is always very subjective. I like a hard bed. These very a bit on the soft side, but still comfortable. Oakhurst is becoming more than a stopover place, with plenty of restaurants, shops and hotels. We found a really good mexican restaurant called Plazuelas.

No safe in the room. One night we had complimentary water, another night we didn't. When we called to ask for some we were told that complimentary water isn't usually given but that we would get some. The breakfast was typically American with fries sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs, but food somehow felt processed. "sausage" was more like a burger patty and scrambled eggs were typical rubbery hotel scrambled eggs. You could also get porridge, but it was made with water and was tasteless even though there were condiments to put on (cinnamon, raisins, sugar). There were no veggies on offer or things to put on the scone.

No curtain on the window, super bright at night and full sun in the morning. Also the bed was super soft and very uncomfortable. My teenagers said their bed and the couch bed was fine. but no-one liked the lack of a curtain!!! Horrible trying to sleep with so much light coming in. I think we were above the sign so all the brightness was coming in. there was a sheer roll down blind which stopped 10% of light. I’m sorry but I will never stay here again because of the no curtains problem.

The location was great. About 35 minutes to Yosemite. The hotel and our room were clean and well stocked.

Really pretty pleased with the hotel. Worked out well for our needs. My only complaint is in regards to Oakhurst. Not really a great choice of restaurants or even local coffee shops.

I like when I entered my room the hotel had on the TV screen welcoming me and welcoming me by name. It made me feel valued. Staff was super friendly and the location was great.

I wish the pool could have been warmed. Especially at night other than that the hotel was great

I was given an accessible room but with a tub. Having only one leg I requested a shower so not to fall. I was informed they did not have a portable shower chair. In the morning checking out I asked the gentleman at the front desk to leave a message for his manager that they should spend the $50 and buy a portable shower chair to for for customers request an accessible room because it’s not safe for them to stand in the shower. At that point the gentleman said oh, we have a shower chairs in the back I don’t know what more can be said.
