The waffles were great and your staff were nice. They replaced our shower head when it wasn’t working properly.

Hair in the shower. Checking in. The clerk tried to charge me when I prepaid. I had to show him that I had emailed confirmation and credit card charges to prove it from Booking.com. He eventually found a virtual card that had the prepaid amount on it. He should have looked at that first.

Communication was good; held luggage for us; friendly;good housekeeping plenty of towels.

Very loud construction at the property 2 of the 4 nights we stayed, which began at 6am. We were not advised. The construction and/or maintenance crew was cooking from a truck in the parking lot and, even though it’s legal, their endless pot smoking made the property smell horrible, not well managed by the property.

The location was an easy on and off the freeway. I didn’t hear the freeway at all. The management and staff are so kind and friendly. Gave us ideas for places to go. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Easy parking. Felt very safe.

Breakfast was amazing. But the eggs and bacon could have been warmer. I showed up and there was a random person from off the street packing up a breakfast plate. Why allow this? I didn't feel comfortable due to sanitation.

None, it was all good. Please don't allow random people or person to come off and touch the breakfast items and equipments. Keep there breakfast area secure please...

super easy to find, immaculate grounds. In fact, we arrived during the lunch hour- we were immediately checked in and made comfortable; which I greatly appreciated since I just had major surgery. Our room was stunning- just gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It even smelled wonderful! All staff that we interacted with - my husband at front desk and me at room with cleaning staff- just everyone was professional with great personality!

No complaint at all!

It's on a major thoroughfare so it's easy to get anywhere in Glendale. It's also extremely close to a local Target for those situations where you might have forgotten to bring something with you on your trip

For the price paid, I'd say the value was at best, mediocre. There's nothing overly wrong with the facilities but at the same time, you can almost get the same sort of room at a Motel 6. On top of which they have the audacity to charge for parking!

I’m pretty sure you get the same answer all the time but your parking spaces were too small.

The Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable

Incredible King Whirlpool room with what I would consider a full-size hot tub for 2. Outstanding!

Front desk staff at check-in was mixed - one young lady was very nice and accommodating and the other young woman - who I think is her Manager - was cordial but not friendly at all and almost seemed annoyed to be working there and helping guests. That one might want to consider NOT working in the service industry. $9 for parking - in a space barely wide enough to fit a small sedan... uhm... take the parking $ and repave your lot to make it more usable. But would prefer they just roll the $10 into the rate.

Bryan is always so friendly and accommodating. The other girl was very rude when I asked for a receipt she told me very rudely get it on line.
