The decor of the rooms look nice and modern and clean.

If you get home late, there’s not many parking spaces left. However, we appreciated that the gate was closed at 11 o’clock. That made us feel safe.

The room was immaculate. I loved the minimalistic decor and laminate flooring (no smelly carpet!). The bed was super comfortable! Location was perfect -- lots of walkable food spots and it's right at the freeway. I was only 6 minutes from our company HQ!

To watch anything on Roku, I would have to log into my personal accounts which I didn't want to do on a motel TV. I just chose to watch Netflix on my laptop instead. There was an odd smell when first entering, but it became unnoticeable eventually. Coffee was an issue. I had to go to the front desk to get the instant packets, and they didn't have any real sugar, so it wasn't terribly tasty. I'll remember to bring my own next time.

This was a great place to stay in Glendale. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. It was very clean. The room had a refrigerator, wine bottle opener, iron, kettle, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathroom had a nice, big bathtub, and the water pressure was really good. There was protected parking with a gate that closed from 11pm-7am. You can enter the gate with your room key, if needed. There is an elevator for people staying on the 2nd or 3rd floors. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were upgraded at check in to a larger room on the 3rd level. The room was a very good size and the bathroom was massive. The room did look recently upgraded/renovated and was very clean. The parking is secured with a gate and so is the walk in gate. Location was good and you have plenty of food options within walking distance including a supermarket. Washer and dryer worked very well and you can change notes to coins at reception if needed and buy washing detergent. The best accomodtion we stayed at in LA and will stay again and will recommend to anyone looking in this area.

Exceeded All Expectations! I had an excellent stay at Sakura Inn in Glendale. From the moment I stepped into my DELUX room, I was genuinely impressed—it far exceeded my expectations. The recent renovations are very nice! The room’s décor was beautiful, and I particularly enjoyed the thoughtfully designed bathroom with its elegant sliding barn door connecting it seamlessly to the bedroom. These charming touches made my stay comfortable and memorable. I had a great night’s sleep and felt relaxed throughout my visit. Without a doubt, this property deserves top marks across the board—5 stars! I’m so glad I discovered this hidden gem. While this is not officially a five-star hotel, my experience certainly felt five-star because of the outstanding renovations they’ve completed and great hospitality. Highly recommended! another exceptional stay.

Everything!

For a motel at such an affordable price, everything far exceeded our expectations. The people who manage this place are wonderful, explain everything clearly, and made sure we understood everything and had everything we needed. The room was clean, with tasteful furniture, great bathroom and shower, huge comfy bed, your car is secured behind a gate and it's in a safe area. There's a supermarket about a 2 minute walk away with everything you need and there are many great restaurants in the area. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm in Glendale, it's rare to get this much bang for your buck.

I have no complaints whatsoever.

The location was perfect for our family (booked 3 king rooms) as we were visiting family in Pasadena and WeHo. Absolutely clean and looks like the rooms have been recently remodeled. I like that there is no carpeting. Obviously family runned and they were exceptional hosts. Any requests were completed quickly and with a smile. After we checked out, my son left a pair of shorts behind and I immediately received a call from Alex, the manager. Felt very safe (it's gated) and there was shopping/restaurants down the street. Would definitely return as it was a value!

The only negative was the A/C as it was noisy and didn't really cool the room down to make it comfortable. We're from FL so we love our A/C.

The room was honestly bigger than my friends and I expected! It was great experience & super clean. They even have a fridge and microwave provided (which was a must for the days we were staying). Noise level was kept to a bare minimum. It was such a good room for a budget friendly stay.

The location of the motel was interesting. It's on a two way road and kind of narrow. We missed the turn the first time and went into a neighborhood that did not allow much grace with u-turns. In the end it was all good, we just made sure to enter on the right side of the road for easier & quicker access to the motel!

Hands down, one of the best motel we've stayed in during our 3-weeks US trip. Frankly it's much more than a regular motel - for example, how often do you see an elevator in motels? And these guys have it! Literally nothing to complain about, especially bearing in mind the room rate and easy access to LA by car. Extra secure and exceptionally clean both interior area and the room itself. Very - I mean VERY! - hospitable owners, we were even granted with a late checkout free of charge (a ton of thanks guys!). We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything was brilliant!

This was obviously an older motel that has gone through renovations. The renovations and updates were well. The rooms are spacious and clean with very large newer TVs installed. Charging ports are available for your technical devices and as a guest you're supplied with free Wi-Fi. The motel is quiet and we slept quite well.

A few minor things. The closet is opened and small. The only drawers available are under the sink and a few small ones in the closet. My husband felt the sheets were a bit rough, but I didn't notice.
