Overall facility, access to the lake, safety of the resort, nature. Complementary boat ride of the lake was great.
complementary breakfast could have been better. Room did not have a microwave. An additional mirror would have made it easier for multiple people. mattress was sinking in the middle when used by 2. Wifi was not there in all the buildings, so signal was weak in some places. As expected, swimming pool was over crowded.

Konocti is quiet. We had the resort almost completely to ourselves. We had the pool to ourselves. The pool area was very nice. The lake view was beautiful. It was nice to be right on the lake.
The restaurant and pool snack bar were closed the whole time we were there. So we had to leave the resort for food. It would have been nice to not have to drive so far to eat.

Room and Hotel was so good but just let you know that there are some ants on floor but staff can solve it. Rooms are so clean and nice smell. We were so happy that pool was so clean and rooms are clean.
Some ants are on the floor and you cannot go anywhere without car. Our car was broken and we need to wait 2 days to be fixed.

The property is currently under renovations. Our stay had everything we needed. We had a lake view in a newly renovated room, the pool was refreshing, there was a complimentary continental breakfast and they had beautiful buffet Sunday brunch. There are more things to come at this property and will stay again.

It was a beautiful area the rooms were comfortable.
It is in process of being remodeled it looked like. If you have older kids make sure you give them a bank card or go with them everytime they want a drink or snack no one on premises takes cash not even the store.

Right on the water, a store and restaurant on site. Clean rooms. Lots of parking.
Just that the ice machines were not working at the time but the hotel did provide free ice.
