Location, location, location. Proximity to Indian Wells Tennis tournament. Walking distance to optimize tennis.

While breakfast buffet was fine, the hours were very limited. Closing breakfast at 9am when the hotel is sold out with tennis fans doesn’t make sense. Maybe they can start later than 6am if they can only do limited hours. At the prices they charge during tournament week maybe they can do special breakfast hours.

Everything, I love everything from this place , extremely clean, great location, parking onsite available, easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. pool clean and with enough space for the families, BBQ area very clean, staff friendly and always willing to help , front desk kind explained details, gym small but basic and clean, shampoo and conditioner great, pet and animal service welcome, I had my best weekend in La Quinta and Hilton hotels never disappoint, 🐶🌸❤️

No bad reviews I loved everything

Breakfast was great. Pool was very special: clean, large, shaded areas, lots of loungers..... Staff all mostly very helpful. Great restaurant right next door, and so much choice of food and shopping within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Obviously aging, like us. A little upgrading needed. Level 1 washing machines out of order.

The suite was spacious and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great on a very hot day. Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, big microwave and even a dishwasher.

Toilet flow was not good and got clogged at the morning.

The staff were the best that I've ever experienced. It was a nice surprise to find a great breakfast waiting in the morning with sliced polish sausage and pulled pork as an alternative to skimpy bacon. The breakfast was fresh and a lot to choose from. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Staff, location and breakfast

It was quiet and perfectly located around restaurants and locals shops.

facilities are run down and the pool can use cleaning. The carpet in the rooms were stained. When we checked in the systems were going through an update we paid upfront and as we were driving home a rude receptionist who spoke over me would not listen that we had paid and our bank was showing the transaction. All she cared about is that she did not have the form of payment in her records. Basically customer comes last. Emailed them our bank statement after they made us feel like we left without paying.

We stayed there before but this time our room (138) seemed like it was falling apart. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall and towel rack was broken. Refrigerator moves forward when trying to open it. But we love hotel and will continue to stay here. I will just request to not have that room if offered again.

Breakfast was good but needed some improvement

Coffee was too weak. Menu was inconsistent. Never any bacon. Not enough healthy choices such as plain yogurt. Muffins and croissants were seldom available.

Meals here are always great and very much appreciated

The only issue I had was there was no shampoo in the shower. The room wasn’t ready when I got there but I was there 30 minutes before check-in so I left for over an hour for dinner. I was surprised the shower shampoo dispenser was empty since the room wasn’t ready. A little disappointing

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

The magnet on the shower door didn’t work so the floor got soaked every time I showered. The bed was too firm for me. Minor issues.
