The staff was very welcoming and pretty awesome until the final morning , the female working the front counter was an out rite $&@&&#%# very rude and short and thought maybe a bad time so we came back an hour or two later and it was worse she was yelling at this elderly lady for taking to long getting her id out of her wallet , got her all frazzled and dropped her nurse and wallet and was just confused why she was be treated in such way and I just could see why this woman behind the counter could have a hub working with tourists I hospitality position , because of her I don’t think we will be returning to this locations again and I come every month now to the area so good luck BE management you got your hands full with this one .

Nice staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast with made to order eggs, bacon, pancakes, and hashbrowns with real plates and silverware. Rooms are a bit dated but appear well maintained. Grounds also well maintained.

This hotel allows dogs and there is a little dog park so be prepared to hear some potential barking. Luckily the dogs staying below us only barked a couple of times so it was fine. Also, our room weirdly did not have a smoke detector but one was installed right away when I inquired.

This hotel is the best in the area! The location is excellent, and the rooms are always spotless. They offer a fantastic selection for breakfast, which made my stay even better!

I used to love staying at this hotel! Unfortunately, they no longer accept cats. Since I travel with my cat most of the time and he was very accustomed to this hotel, this is the only reason I can’t stay here anymore. However, I definitely recommend it to anyone else!

Everyone very welcoming, my room was lovely overlooking the pool, which was heated and great to swim in. The staff were happy to accommodate my request for sunny room when I arrived! My room was very clean with microwave, small fridge and coffee machine, bathroom was updated and had high quality products for hair/shower etc. I was able to walk for coffee, groceries within 5 mins. Also able to walk to El Paseo shopping area in 30 mins for great restaurants shopping etc.

Amazing breakfast choices all cooked to order by chef. Also a good selection of fruit, cereal and yogurt. A lovely good sized pool with hot tub as well. Pool and area around it kept clean.Nice surroundings with garden setting. Well away from main road. Comfortable clean room which was well maintained by cleaning staff and plenty of fluffy towels patio or balcony to sit on All staff are friendly and helpful Supermarket across the road and also Panda Express and Dominoes

Wi fi a bit patchy

The sink in the bathroom was very slow draining. Maintenance responded quickly and repaired the issue. The room safe was not working. Maintenance replaced the battery and all was good, Housekeeping was very good. The ladies were friendly and took care of our room every day we were there..

We had a problem with the body wash container mounted on the bath wall. The bottom continually came out spilling contents into the shower/tub. It was dangerously slippery.

This is our favorite hotel in all of Palm Desert. It’s safe, clean near everything. The jacuzzi is wonderful and the pool is very nice. Event with 2-3 families in the pool there is room to swim.

When we had breakfast I wish there were more diabetic friendly options. Maybe low sugar yogurt, cranberries or dates for oatmeal, turkey bacon option. Plain yogurt, scrambled egg makes for a bland breakfast. (Diabetics shouldn’t eat bacon or sausage pork, no raisins, no granola with oatmeal. We are allowed egg whites, turkey bacon, cranberries, or berries for fruit are best) no pancake or waffle, only whole grain bread not white or wheat flour. Would be nice to have a few other options. Nuts were nice the walnuts.

the breakfast was great everyday, the pool was very comfortable, the spa lacked the bubble jets you would expect, the room was clean, quiet and spacious. The overall staff was very courteous and happy all of the time and always took care of our needs right away.

they were resurfacing the front parking lot during our stay so in order to get to the main lobby area you had to go off the paths through the rocks on the street side. they could have placed a paver walkway through those bushes to make it easier for guests to navigate, what was their looked like the remains of a prior pathway but it was unusable.

I have stayed at this place many times in past while visiting a tennis tournament. The last room improvement was very nice, the rooms are very clean and feel fresh!!!!

When I was checking out, I asked for a bottle of water at reception and was very strongly lectured that I had to buy it. Water on the counter was reserved for VIP guests... a bottle of 25 cents!!!!!! I am so sorry that I am not VIP guest, I will work on it so next time I may get one...a bottle of 25 cents!!!!!!
