Great place for family fun. Very large suites, lots of privacy. We have been coming to this place every June for the past 5 years. We love this place. Also, shout out to Noah the lifeguard and the female lifeguard at Jimmy Jammer slide. You were so kind to our kids on Saturday June 21. Thank you for making my kid's experience so much fun! Room wasn't ready when we tried to check in at 4 pm. Much depleted housekeeping staff unfortunately. We feel terrible for the hard working staff, they are stretched thin yet put out incredible work.

The villa was superb, stocked with everything you could need for your stay, we have been travelling the West coast and this was our final stop before returning to LA, so it was really nice to have cooking facilities, our own washer/dryer and a relaxing living area. This is the perfect vacation destination for all, it can either be relaxing or there are lots of activities going on if you wish to participate. Fantastic resort, kind helpful staff. I will add that the food, cocktails and mocktails at the pool bar in the day were superb!

The Hotel grounds are beautiful and our room was quite nice.

One male clerk at front desk had no customer service skills. We nearly walked out but Veida saved the day and also gave us a fond memory of the Westin. Veida deserves some sort of commendation for her excellent customer service skills. We will be moving out to PS end if this year and plan on visiting your beautiful resort as a get away. We will also recommend your resort toour family and friends who come out to visit us. Thank you Veida 😀

The Westin Desert Willow is a beautiful property in Palm Desert California. They have big condo style rooms with kitchens and a living room with a pull out bed. They also have a huge golf course and many pools with water slides. The property is clean and the staff is nice.

The bed was not as comfortable as it used to be. And Booking.com charged me way more than the price that the hotel offered directly and has not given me the price match refund as of now.

Staff was really slow checking us in. There was another guest that had a problem with their room something about not getting what was advertised and the staff addressed it. But it took them almost 30 minutes. Then it took almost another 20 minutes just to check us in. Then when we got to our room we had the same problem it was supposed to be higher up with a view but we didn’t bother to complain because we were so tired. But overall room was fine.

Check out at 10am: this is getting ridiculous. You can’t check in before 4pm and you have to check out at 10am (even if you can use the facilities for the rest of the day). The stress of checking out so early if you are there to relax….and do they really need 6 hours (10am to 4pm) to prepare rooms? You basically pay a day for nothing (and if you just have 1 day not worth even considering it). Honestly I won’t go back there just for this reason.

Room was nice, the pools were lovely and very clean. Good variety of activities. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We arrived on Monday and didn't have towel service (changed) until Thursday. It was okay as we had extra but it would have been nice if this was done perhaps a day earlier. I was also very disappointed that there was a $25/day fee for parking. I am guessing 95% or above people have cars there so thought this was an extra that didn't need to be charged. We didn't realize that before we checked out.

Entire resort property was kept up nicely. Comfortable stay! Staff helpful and friendly and responsive to our needs while we stayed at the resort. We would visit again!

The villas should be cleaned and freshened daily. Our villas was on a 2 day clean schedule, Tuesday & Thursday. We're used to having rooms cleaned daily. Other than this issue, villa was comfortable and spacious for us!

I love the cleanliness of the room and facilities. The staff always exceeds my expectations of hospitality. The rooms are large and if you get a two-room villa you also get two pullout couches since it is a grand villa and standard with an adjoining door. The Drinks at the Mirage Pool were great and the lifeguard staff at the Ironwood Pool were great.

The Mirage Pool waterslide was down for maintenance the entire time of our stay Thurs-Sunday and that made the Ironwood pool extremely crowded. I would have been ok with just going to the Mirage Pool and not having the slide had the shuttles ran as expected. When we checked in we were told they ran every 10 minutes, that was not the case we waited 15+ each time in the heat or ended up texting the front desk for them to send one. I would have rated the facilities a 10 if the shuttle ran as expected.

I liked that there was a pool close by with a water slide even if it wasn’t the main pool area. Liked the covered parking lot. Close to GC. My favorite was the easy texting if I needed anything and at your service quick shuttle to the course. Best part. AC&fan a +. Staff was the nicest. Kitchenettes are helpful for golfers how compete in tournaments. Equipped with even a washer/dryer. Tee times are early and practice is late. Need breakfast made and sometimes late to eat. Great location

Missing coffee pot and spatula, but they came in 2 min. for anything needed!! So not really an issue. Just a suggestion; a small shelf for a “pantry” area next to the table since there is space, little hooks on the walls to hang the oven mitts or towels. To make it perfect, a restaurant in the Villas (or food service) for the families who want to go out and eat after a long tournament.
