I like the hotel is clean, staff was nice, and room was clean . I enjoy that the pool was heated and able to enjoy at 9:00am after we had breakfast. Also the location was perfect, we were planning to stay in palm springs at first, but this place at Palms Desert was a good price and good rating , so decided to give it a try. By the photos I thought it was apart from the main area but to my surprise there are stores restaurants and walking distance to Walmart, Target and even the mall.

No complaints. I brought my kids and they enjoyed too.

Reception staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was good value for money and ideally situated for what we had planned to do in and around the local area before returning to LAX for our flight home. The breakfast selection was just right and the coffee was great.

The room fridge was a bonus but was possibly set too cold as it froze some of the drinks we had put in there (but not all of them). This wasn’t such a hardship, as it kept them colder for longer while we were out for the day (and a cold drink was ideal in the heat and humidity). It was a little noisy for a short period in the early hours of the morning (around 2am) when some other guests were returning to their rooms, which was disrespectful to those of us who were trying to sleep (but the hotel wasn’t to blame for this, so it wasn’t mentioned when we checked out).

We had a fantastic experience. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were all wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary daily breakfast was a real highlight, with a delicious variety of options that made starting the day a treat. The location is perfect, just a short walk to great shopping and delicious food options. I would definitely be happy to visit again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

The walls were pretty thin and could hear everything!

The room was nice. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Had a couple of hot breakfast items, egg and cheese omelet, and sausage. Other choices were bagels and toast, oatmeal, cereal, and an assortment of fruits. Coffee was ok, only offered plain creamer. I wish they had some flavored ones! The hotel is close by many things to do in Palm Desert. Didn't use the pool. It actually looked a bit murky and had a ton of kids in it, so we avoided that. Our room was right above the pool, and the pool didn't close until 11pm, so it was quite busy and loud, making it a bit hard to fall asleep. Overall decent place, decent price. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Check-in took awhile. Only one person at the front desk, and we had to fill out a credit card form, which was pretty odd, we've never had to do anything like that at any hotel, ever. Breakfast workers seemed to hate their jobs. The young man refilling foods looked like he had just rolled out of bed and went to work (hair all over the place). Neither he nor the older woman tending to the breakfast area smiled once or acknowledged any guest that we could see. Would have loved flavored creamer!!

Springhill Suites Palm Desert is in a good location with access to everything you want. Shopping district, malls, and restaurants are all near this location. Palm Springs is a short drive up Hwy 111.

Room maintenance could be more proactive rather than reactive. The slow-draining bathroom sink flowed nicely after we called in for maintenance. The included breakfast was very basic and I didn't see coffee anywhere except for instant packets. Starbucks is across the street within the Target store.

Excellent Breakfast - great variety

Upon registration we were not advised of Housekeeping Services being only every second day. There were no towel racks in our room so we left wet towels on the floor and at 9 pm when we retruned to the hotel they were still on the floor as first day - no housekeeping. Went downstairs and obtained dry towels and a garbage bag to place wet ones in.

First time to stay at this hotel and I was happy with the room. Nice design, the bed was comfortable (I slept well) and I like how the hotel supplies a good size bottle each of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The tv had good selection of channels and I appreciated the personal greeting on the screen upon arrival and departure. The location was great.

Breakfast was ok. Good choices of beverages but I wish there was a variety of freshly cooked food like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Lastly, the bathroom lights would turn off after a short amount of time. It was just an inconvenience to step out in the middle of ones shower just to turn it back on.

The beds where comfortable. Bathroom was clean, and everything was ready for us. The employees were friendly and had good customer service which took it from a good experience to an exceptional experience.

There wasn't enough towels for the amount people staying, and there also wasn't something for us to use as a bathroom mat.

Very convenient location lovely lobby area and breakfast area. Double suite was nice size. Beds and pillows were wonderful

Would like to see better access to hotel from back parking area. Long walk to single access point lobby doors when required to park at rear of hotel

I absolutely loved the front desk service. Kari is a very kind front desk employee who really thinks WITH you about everything you wish for. The rooms were super nice, clean, good sturdy beds.

I was surprised by the basic breakfast, but that seems to be the case with almost all hotels that have breakfast included.
