We were very happy with our stay here at Hotel Paseo. It was quiet and clean and all the staff were very friendly. The hotel has a spa for treatments, and a great swimming pool with a few cabanas for rent and a bar for drinks and food poolside. The small cafe was perfect for a quick snack or small breakfast, and if you want more, there is a restaurant connected. The valet service was exceptional and the location is prime for anyone on a mission to do some shopping. The room was spacious and clean and great comfy bedding! We would definitely stay here again.

Modern property with comfortable beds. The valet and night desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The day front desk staff had a bit of attitude. When a guest greets you with a "hi", say "hi" back. Common human interaction. I guess I could have just launched into my request for change without saying anything.

No food options if you arrive late. Palm Desert and Palm Springs shut down early; having a grab and go option in the hotel lobby for late arrivals would be nice. Onsite restaurant kitchen closes at 9:00 p.m. I arrived at 8:45 p.m. and was told that kitchen could not process an order. Cannot access your car except through valet. They were not busy so I got my car fairly quickly. If they were busy, you could end up waiting since there were few staff seen on property during my stay.

Location, cleanness, friendliness of staff. Pool and area were excellent. The lobby has lots of spaces to relax and it is exquisitely decorated. The daily, free yoga classes were excellent.

Poor breakfast options. The restaurant staff was not very friendly. They wanted to charge 20% more if we wanted to take the food (by ourselves) for our son to our room - where he was still asleep due to jet lag.

There were many restaurants and stores within walking distance . They offer ride services within 3 miles which was super convenient. They also have bikes available for guests to use. The gym is amazing and has dumbbells up to 50lbs, peloton bikes and treadmills. They have water bottles available and gym rags to use. It was an amazing experience overall. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful.

Our favorite hotel to stay in when we visit Palm Desert. Great location. Great to walk to all the shops and restaurants on El Paseo. Very good accommodations, love the pool, the staff is excellent! We enjoy the restaurant in the hotel with live music on many of the nights.

that the coffee machine wasn't cleaned before my stay. coffee from prior guest was still in the machine. I was told that a second luggage rack would be sent and that never occurred. all minor items that contribute to overall quality....

Booked a king room w/balcony. Upon arrival was told that it wasn’t available- only 2 queens. Definitely disappointing especially for the price. Was given a $50 room credit, though :)

only strange detail is the restaurant does not do room service. even though the phone has a direct line. and the tv hotel services states it ?? they will prepare the meal but then you have to pick it up in the bags they use ?? defies the logic of room service. not wanting to Dress to go to the restaurants. ??

Great location, new, hip, sleek & modern . Dog Friendly! Gym, spa, pool , jacuzzi & games. Restaurant & bar. Covered parking w/ free valet!

Needs a dog relief area. Yoga offered but no one ever came to teach. Gym needs more weight machines.

Easy check-in. I requested a ground floor with a patio and the staff accommodated my needs. The Hotel is across the street from the outdoor mall & restaurants. Very convenient to everything.
