Our stay was by far one of the best trips we have been on. The facilities were gorgeous and people so professional and polite. The following people went above and beyond to make treat us like royalty and special. Mary Ann in villa I greeted us with the biggest smile and gave us a glass of wine to enjoy while we waited on our room since it was not ready when we arrived. Because it took so long and we waited an hour and half to two hours she brought a bottle to our room. No one does that now day but she did. She is by far one of your ace employees. Shawn helped with shuttle and us finding room. We kept getting wrong directions to room and we were rolling our luggage. He saw us ask if we needed help then flagged a shuttle down to take us to our room. Last was Corina at restaurant in hotel who worked so easily with us at breakfast as our group kept changing number. She treated us like it was no big deal. The trip was awesome but these people helped make this trip one we will always remember and made it so we want to come back.

The location of the property and size of room.

The rooms are arranged in pods for two rooms. So you walk into a foier and the access to both rooms are right there. The problem that we had was the group in the room sharing our pod did not seem to understand that hotel room doors are heavy and slam. The entire weekend as they were coming and going late at night, they were allowing the doors to slam which kept waking us up. Also, second floor windows could use some black out film like the first floor windows have, early in the morning the light came glaring into the bedroom making it difficult to continue sleeping.

Facilities and pools were amazing. Lots of drinking water and ice are available at every pool location and recreational area.

The staff was not as friendly and welcoming. Had issues with their booking system and ended up charging me twice. They fixed the issue, but it was just an inconvenience having to step away from my family and wait in the registration line again..

Fantastic the villa where you feel as it was your home close to grocery store all pools and walking distance to JW Marriott hotel all amenities present no wish left unaccomplished absolutely stunning 😍

We stayed in a one bedroom villa and the room was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and nicely appointed. The new washing machine and separate dryer was a bonus. The bed and pillows were awesome and the a/c handled the heat with ease. Enjoying breakfast on the private verandah, watching the golfers coming past, was a treat. We didnt visit any of the resort restaurants, pools, etc but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We didn't appreciate when booking (from looking on Google maps) how far out of Palm Springs this resort (and every other resort) is located - its an approx 25-30 min drive. You would most likely only be staying here if you had a car so its no big deal and worth it for the comfort, peace and quiet the well appointed resort provides.

I absolutely love the whole experience at Marriott villa the Comfort the decor, service cleanliness the atmosphere around the pool area was amazing.

There's not one thing I can think of that I did not like about my stay from the inside accommodations to the outside everything was perfect the space was just perfect!

That they did not accommodate my unit request. Booked 8 months in advance and requested lower floor and particular units. I sent in my request twice. Got put on the second floor facing the road. Was very frustrated by this. I have a disability and it makes it hard to be on the second floor. And there are certain units that I really want for location.

Lovely room with balcony. Lots of nice touches, automatic lighting, two sinks, bath & separate shower. Crockery, cutlery, washing up liquid & salt & pepper included. Free laundry facilities. Lots of towels & all staff very helpful. Housekeeping were a delight. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Desert Springs Villas I and II several times. Both are nice but we prefer DS I. When we checked in, Luis, was very helpful. The location we were assigned to was exactly what we wanted. We can't wait to go back.

Even though one day was hot, the pools needed to be just a little warmer.

Spacious villa apartment complete with in-unit laundry, full kitchen, living/dining area, separate room, enormous bathtub separate from the bathroom and a balcony overlooking the golf course. Did not have the opportunity to enjoy, but the pools and gym facilities looked very nice. Shaded parking outside unit.
