It’s a great location, beautiful views, close to activities, but away from the racket of a downtown atmosphere. It’s also a safe location. I had no concerns that might accompany staying in a bombed out, all hell breaking loose, downtown culture. The staff we met were great, which is so often the case when you have a great experience somewhere. You know, the ones that actually run the place, they’re the reason I’ll go back… not because of the suits sliming around in corporate offices or the slick million dollar ads with washed up actors telling me what my life should look like.

I can’t think of anything too crazy. Our room got a little warm but it’s summertime on the surface of the sun here in the Coachella Valley… so what can I expect when a hotel is trying to cool a couple hundred rooms.

There was a lot to do, Topgolf, use there bikes(at no charge) golf (no extra charge) the pool was great. They had a DJ Saturday which was fun. Pool side service, restaurants on site!

Wish the restaurant was open longer for an actual sit down meal. there only open for breakfast and any other time u just order room service or at the bar.

For our purposes, the location was great. Away from they everyday visitors but close enough. The front desk was very helpful with Joshua Tree information and restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay.

When we checked in, our room was ready except the housekeeping forgot to leave towels in the room. When I saw them in the hall and asked for towels, I was give 3. When I asked for additional, I was give 2 washcloths. (We were 3 guests)

The resorts' amenities were fantastic, with a beautiful pool and lush gardens that really created a serene atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean and offered stunning views of the distant mountains and country club. When I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a delicious cookie!

Some of the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. No one knows how to greet and be polite. They just stare at you like you’re bothering them. They don’t say the polite, “I’ll be with you in a moment” etc… they just stare at you until you say something.

It was my first New year in US I been a lot of places in Europe and i can say That This Hotel will be 10 of my top i like it Very Clean and Stuff was So Polite Mostly Lobby personal His Name is Fernandes and hi was Sol Helpful and Polite even he call us to know how is room condition if we like that

No heat in my room after complaining for 4 days and Corner Suite needs accents very limited stuff in the suite

Everything was really good. The hotels atmosphere was warm and inviting. The whole room was clean and had any basic supply I needed. I would definitely go back for another stay.

I couldn’t get the patio warmer to turn on

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Room was on the ground level with easy access to the parking area.

Paid to be upgraded to pool view room however we didn't have a view of the pool - just the pool fencing

Location is ideal - just a short distance off I-10, large, clean, comfortable and dog friendly property

The buffet breakfast offered minimal selections - runny scrambled eggs, overcooked sausage/bacon, oatmeal along with a small assortment of cold cereals, bread and fruit and beverages. In short, the same array of food typically served complimentary fir most stays - or at least had been in the past - as opposed to $22 per person which was steep. We’d have been much better off to either go to the cafe at the golf club or off premisis
