The toilet had a leak, and the staff fixed it right away. The room was comfy and the pool and the jacuzzi are really good. The location was really great! Breakfast has good variety!

The shower was not good. The water comes out only in the rim, so if you stand in the middle, you don't get get wet only the peripheral. We had to stand on one side to get more water to rinse our hair and soap. (Rm 112) Breakfast yogurt had lots of strawberry and blueberry flavor, but occasionally a vanilla one which is the only one my son eats. So if the choices can be more even, it would be great. There is a light broken on the fence pole near the jacuzzi.

We arrived to our room, no kingsize bed, we were explained if you book through a third party vs your website they can change our reservation, cis what ever that is, ok. First room tv didn’t work, 2nd room it was 79 degrees, a/c wouldn’t come on, was told to turn it down to 64 degrees and in 15 minutes it would get cold, this is very wrong wrong info! While speaking with the representative the a/c condenser kicked on, about 5 minutes later, it just was a little slow in kicking in and was fine there after thank goodness! Being a/c certified for over 30 years, and in the industry a little longer, you don’t turn the tstat down to 55-64 degrees at any given time, it doesn’t get colder faster, in which the young man argued about, it will however freeze up the coils fry the fuse and or compassitor, and actually take away the life of the a/c unit! The unit has a delay and unfortunately i did not allow for that, my mindset was when we get back from the concert i did not want to sleep in a hot room, my apologies! As a VP executive we want our equipment to last and be operated correctly so our replacement costs hit our budgets timely pending the accountable life of them! You are in a sunbelt area that maybe a little traing on operations of machinery will give better understanding to your employees and less problems on down the road! Our stay was very good and thank you!

We went to the hotel for a nearby church event so our group was big. We booked 3 rooms and they put us next to each other as requested. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We loved that there was coffee/hot water available all day in lobby. The pool was warm. And breakfast was amazing with many options for our big group.

The only issue we had is that in all our rooms, we all had issues with the magnet card to enter the rooms. The card would randomly stop working. After going to the front desk various times they told us that the cards loose their magnet if they are close to our cell phone. I wished they gave us this warning or maybe had a way we can carry cards without them being in our pocket/close to our phone.

Everything was great the room was very clean restrooms was clean enough towels front desk was very polite and friendly

Only thing I didn’t like was outside parking was enough we had to park alittle further out not enough handicap my husband can walk good enough and breakfast was great it was still early enough to refill the pancake machine we asked the lady working there and she never returned we waited it was only 9am there was still people coming in also trying to make pancakes

The property had a satisfactory breakfast which included some health conscious choices (scrambled egg whites, turkey sausage) in addition to traditional breakfast offerings. The facility and room were very clean and we appreciated the daily housekeeping service. The location was also centrally located near many of our desired activities.

Pool area was dated and could use some new outdoor furniture.

Unfortunately, we missed breakfast but the room was really clean and comfortable. We slept really well. We liked the setup in the bathroom. All Dove products and the shower as well as the mirror was over sized and it was well lite. I did enjoy having coffee in the snack area and there was a good choice of free items as well as items to purchase. Staff was really friendly.

I really can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The breakfast was great; however, I did find a hair on my omelet. I showed up a little late for breakfast and I was looking forward for some pancakes, but the bag of batter ran out and the employee there refused to put a new bag because she said, "breakfast will be over in few minutes."

The place is very nice. We enjoy our stay. We have stayed here many times and we got to talk with the breakfast employee. She was so nice and respectful.

The bed was so hard and it was very surprising to us because we’ve stayed here many times and had a great comfortable bed, but for some reason in room 107 the room bed is not comfortable whatsoever

Breakfast is decent. Room is clean and spacious. Cleaning service is on everyday, i.e. no need to make a request. Overall, the experience matches the price and expectation well. In addition, Old Spaghetti Factory is right across the street and only 1-2 minutes of walk.
