It was clean, the staff were always pleasant and easy to deal with. The view was nice. I have no complaints except for when I called room service and asked for an extra towel and some moisturizer I was told something about paying for the towels and then I received only one tiny container of moisturizer - about a tablespoon's worth. Maybe 3 would have been reasonable??

See previous. Room service/ also when we had a big bag of garbage, we didn't know where to put it. The staff nicely took it but maybe we should have known what to do if we didn't find a staff member.

It was a great experience overall, me a d my fiancé loved staying here. We would definitely come back if we are in the area again. The pools were great, the rooms were perfect, friendly and very helpful staff on site.

We didn't like that only 1 pool had 1 screen, we hopped from different pools depending on the crowd. We wanted to watch the Olympics live on TV but we would only able to on the one side that had a TV screen outside

Beautiful grounds, very nice room with all conveniences, nice pools. Very friendly staff.

We had a power outage the first day. Two of the very nice pools the heaters didn't work and we had to drive to another pool. Trouble with the TV. The guide didn't work four out of five days we were there.

I loved the complimentary coffee in the room. I loved the text service. I loved the transportation service. The room was huge and clean. I loved that the tv had Netflix. I loved that it had a kitchen and washer and drier even tho we didn’t need to use it.

I didn’t like that a cockroach come in from outside the balcony. That was gross and scary. Although, I know it’s not the hotels fault. I didn’t like the bed too much. It was definitely worn in and was a little sunken in. I also think the cost of this hotel should be cheaper. I spent almost 600 dollars for only 2 nights with all the fees. I also didn’t like that the only restaurants on property were closed. I wanted to eat there. And the marketplace was so expensive. The pool can also be a colder temperature. It was 114 that day and the water was barely cold.

All the children’s activities on site. My kids loved the pools and doing the variety of different activities at at the center and around the facility. My husband and dad enjoyed golfing and watching the golfers from our villas. There is also a Costco close by for groceries. We will definitely be back!

We brought our grandkids they loved the pool. We will come again.

The measurements on the slide our granddaughter is able to go on space mountain and all the big rides at Disneyland but could not go on the slide we had several tears over this we would bring our measuring tape next time.

Love this resort for the spacious rooms and many large pools. Had a one bedroom king bed that was amazinly comfortable, my adult son slept on the sofa bed in the large living roo.m which he reported was comfortable. The central air conditioning was perfect and quiet The pools are very clean and there are several. The bar at the pool Without the TV was our favorite, Jessie, Paul and Isreal know how to make a drink and keep a crowd moving. The Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos are very good. Might be cliche but have the pinacolada anyway, add a rum float. )

The food here is subpar at best. The fish tacos are the only decent things to eat. We had a full functioning one bedroom condo, with full size kitchen, so prepping meals is a better option. Dining away from resort another option. It's worth it, these rooms, the sunshine and pool open till 10pm, all beautiful and clean, quiet, and comfortable, loved it.

The room was great, very clean and tidy, didn't have a great view but it was nice nonetheless. The activities area was nice, we had fun playing pool and cornhole and the vibes were just amazing.

Can't really complain too much, the only thing was that the guy at the front desk forgot my parking pass but nothing a quick phone call couldn't fix. However, he was very helpful and our quick conversation was very nice!

All of the included activities available, i.e., water aerobics, other exercise classes, kid activities, movies, pickle ball, walking, golfing, tennis, and bars. Everything is right where you are. Great place for families.

There isn’t a dinner restaurant on the property but plenty of places outside of the resort.

Loved the texting concierge option and the checking out process! We loved the villa amenities and space! The pools and lounges were better than expected! We would definitely stay here again. The whole family had a blast!

There wasn’t really anything like per say. The checking in process was simple and quick. The woman that checked me in was quick and helpful but based on her tone, facial expressions and short answers I felt like I wasn’t worthy of her time. I would say that’s the only part that rubbed me the wrong way. She didn’t smile once.
