The pools and slides were great. Love that there’s adult spots for peace and quiet. The spa was fabulous.

The room was a bit tired and overlooked an arroyo. Not fabulous. A 20% gratuity was added to my (already pricey) spa treatment. That’s ok but then they gave me an envelope for a tip and said I should tip personally to indicate my level of satisfaction! What?!?

The Water 💧 Area...Yet their was'nt enough parking at Night, had to Park on the other Side.My Room had a Dry Dirt View. Not the Golf Course....Something I Notice since am in the Housing Remodel Business. The Towel area were you give out towel to the Guess, the Light inside above was 'Fan light& Fan Blade's were Removed and made into just a Light....Very $ Cheap Home Depot Sell that for $ 25.00..Does'nt match with such a Nice Hotel. I recommend Remove it and Put a '$ Nice light their,Maybe Something that Blend into the Pool Atmosphere "Maybe a Whale or Fish sort of Lighting ..look on Amazon, Type it in and your will Find Something Fun. ..

We loved this beautiful location: the palm trees, surrounding mountains and resort grounds were stunning! Splashtopia was a GREAT SURPRISE for our kids with it's lazy river and 2 water slides ! The Palms Cafe had a wonderful selection of treats for the kids & parents too! Oh, and it's walking distance to ourdoor mall & restaurants! This was our first time & are thankful we got to experience Omni!

For our family & what we could afford, this restort & it's options were a bit pricey. I wish the rooms had a kitchenette where we could cook some of our meals, but that's ok. It worked for a 1 night surprise stay for our kids!

The free drink vouchers were a nice touch. I liked opting out of room service and providing a meal to someone in need by doing so. I liked the ease of checkout via text. And I liked the pool staff a lot. The lazy river was awesome and the pool temp and lazy river temp were perfect. Loved that I was able to get my own ice for the room and not call for a hotel staff member to get it for me. It was conveniently located. It too far from the pool area. The food was good at the pool and restaurant.

These are not major issues, I’m not complaining overall! But since I’ve been asked, these are the the things that weren’t perfect… The water in the waterside area was very cold. There were no breakfast options on the pool menu. There were no swimsuits for sale in the pool gift shop, only over in the main building. There wasn’t an elevator (that I could find) to get my luggage upstairs to the second floor. I could have called for help, I just opted not to. Didn’t realize I’d need to climb stairs with suitcases.

Location is on the older side but well kept up and clean. Our room was huge and had a balcony overlooking the golf course. The customer service was exemplary. I called into the front desk about an issue and the manager was at our room to resolve within ten minutes. I traveled with three teenagers and they had a blast....not an easy feat. The splash pool with the waterslides and lazy river was their favorite, but we visited two other pools as well and the arcade was an added bonus. Food at the pool was kid-friendly (we ordered grilled cheese, hamburgers, chicken tenders and a turkey sandwich). You can get fancier food at the other restaurants but we mainly came to go to the pool and servers bring your food and drinks right to your lounge chair and charge to your room. All in all...great vacation and tons of families there but a separate pool and restaurants for adults if that's your thing. They also had extra activities (slime making, painting, movie night at the pool.etc.) that a great touch. They even handed out free popsicles to the kids at check-in.

My only complaint is that the cement area around the pools is very hot being it was 105 degrees the day we were there. I would highly recommend water shoes if you visit in the warmer months.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The room was clean and very nice. Our room was close to the pool and splashtopia which was really nice. The cocktails at the pool were delicious. The water slide, splash pad, and lazy river were fun for our family. We got to spend 1 hour at the adult pool which was so refreshing. The water was the perfect temperature for the 110 degree weather.

When we got there the computers were down so check in was difficult. We waited in a long line for about 30 minutes to get our room keys and then had to return the following morning to complete the check in. The first night we were not told the Splashtopia closes at 6pm. We got there right at 6 and only had the option of the pool which was very crowded.

Great for families, lots of activities, friendly staff, and a great location. Kids camp was wonderful. Azure pool for adults, lazy river, and water slide for kids.

Restaurant has a very limited menu for lunch and dinner, small portions, and pricey. Breakfast is good, but the price looks to be unreasonable. Also, many services were not available or limited for New Years Eve and New Year. Golfing doesn't get any discount for hotel guests.

We have a family of 4 and one on the way. They gave us early check in upon arrival. The front desk provided activity kits for the kids along with snacks and ice cream. They have a golf cart shuttle service to drive you around the resort which really helped during 100+ degrees and being pregnant. The pools were clean and the pool food service and food/drink quality was really great!

I liked the pools, slides, lazy river and restaurant/food services and location were great. Love how kid and pet friendly everything was. The staff was super attentive and friendly and answered all of my questions. I loved how we were offered water and ice cream from the moment we pulled up to the lobby.

The bathroom in our room needed some updating. Toilet seemed old and very slow to flush and got clogged. Bathroom pipes were making noises. Tiles on bathroom floor seemed loose.
