We live in Rancho Mirage and decided to spend Christmas at the Ritz because it is so festive there with beautiful Christmas decorations and Happy hour. The staff are friendly and accommodating! Our reservation for dinner time and table was not correct, but we got a better table, but we had to wait. The meal was delicious.

The service from all of the staff was exceptional, it made it stand out from other hotels and I will definitely be using the ritz Carlton again

Well the was an alarm that went off in the middle of the night and we had to leave the room at 4am .. then it was announced that it was a false alarm but when we tried to get back in our room the keycard had some how stopped working, so I had to go all the way to reception to get them to give us new cards .. my wife was flying back to the Uk later that morning so was very stressed that she could get back sleep… however when we checked out, the receptionist was very accommodating and undstanding and gave us a discount

We loved all of the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff. The location was beautiful and views from everywhere were stunning. It was also great to see the accommodations for kids, maybe we will bring ours in the future. Special thanks to Joni who made extra effort to welcome us with champagne once she found out we were celebrating our anniversary.

Room service was not consistent with rest of experience at hotel- both times orders were incorrect. The SPA hours of operation are limited ( closed 2 days a week) and for destination spa resort it should be available

From check in to check out everything was great. I have to mention Joseph at the front desk was amazing, couldn’t of been more helpful and he upgraded our group upon arrival. He was definitely a highlight of our trip. The food at this hotel is of a high standard with great staff especially Alan who was our waiter at our last meal who had great recommendations and was very accommodating, however all the staff across the hotel where fabulous and attentive. I could not recommend this hotel enough, I have stayed at this hotel many of times and these standards have been up kept with each stay.

Lovely setting, very comfortable rooms and good service with some great features for kids.

Only one pool for kids and all the food and drinks were very expensive for the quality.

The outdoor patio and firepit, along with the smores kit, really made our stay memorable.

The food at the State Fare was not impressive and far too expensive for its quality. There was no place to get an espresso unless at the restaurant, which wasn't great.

Thank you Milton in Guest Services and Chef Noel for making our trip special. our dog Lucy was pampered the entire trip by all staff, but Milton and Noel went above and beyond to make our quick getaway a great one.

my go-to when I’m in Palm Springs, absolutely beautiful and incomparable.

we had contacted a representative a few weeks prior to our stay to reserve a room on the third floor.. when we arrived we were informed that room was not secured. There was nothing that they could do at that point as it was already fully booked.

We've stayed multiple times at this property, but it was our first time after the start of the pandemic. It was incredibly clean, with employees masked at all times. The staff here is beyond nice - they make a good vacation great. Super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms, pool, grounds, and views are simply beyond. We'll definitely be back again!

We had requested a rollaway bed for my son that wasn't set up - and they did set it up eventually. I came to understand that they are short-staffed...but you would not know it, given the incredibly high level of service and friendliness.
