Loved that we could be accommodated for an early check-in. Our room had a fantastic view and was much bigger than we expected (it's a whole apartment!) There were TWO full bathrooms and the patio was great for hanging out in the morning. Mostly had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. This was so much better than we expected! Our only regret is we never made it to the gym.

This seems to be an older resort, so it's quiet and there's no 'scene' or 'action' here. This was fine with us, but if you're looking for a party vibe this isn't the hotel.

The unit has a nice balcony, well stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom, but with two bathrooms, which is super nice when travel with family. The unit has pull-out couch and also a back up cot. Clean and comfortable bed. We have stayed here in the past, will stay again!

When we arrived shortly after 4:00 pm, our room was not ready. When asked, we are told the check-in "started" at 4:00 pm. We weren't able to check until about 5:30pm. The grill on the balcony did not work properly.

Picked this place based on reviews and it did not disappoint: clean, quiet, beautiful views of mountains, not on a golf course (palm trees and cacti instead of grass!), the one bedroom is very spacious, nice balcony (although too cold for us to use in winter), great kitchen, two bathrooms. Bonuses: stars at night! near many food options can even walk to (~13mins) including vegan, and kid friendly. 2 heated pools and 3 jacuzzis! We tried all of them and all were in good condition. The main one near the office is beautiful. there's a way to be swimming in the sun at most times of day amongst the diff pools, even in January. Very close to the stunning Indian Canyons and hikes! and if you have a rental car, you can pretty much get anywhere w/in 10-20 min, downtown is super close. dedicated parking spot. area felt safe to us. Great location to explore the desert and come home to quiet, relaxation and creature comforts. We met several kind and friendly retirees on the grounds who have been coming here for decades - we know why now. The fact that daily housekeeping isn't included didn't bother us over our 4 days - we are in a desert, it's important to be mindful of water/energy consumption for those who come after us and locals to enjoy too. :)

As others have mentioned decor is a bit older, living room furniture is pretty but very firm, an older building odor (not dirty, just older and you get used to it), and our room was overlooking the strip mall parking lot (but could still see beautiful mountains in the background and we requested top floor, so might be due to availability.) Our exact rating is probably more like an 8.7 for this, but rounding up to 9 because we had an amazing stay and would come back.

This place exceeded expectations. It was spacious and so comfortable. It had everything you needed while staying. It was a two bedroom and two bathroom condo. The master shower had 3 shower heads to choose from, which was a nice surprise it also turned into a sauna if you wanted to use that feature. We were the only people there this weekend, so we got to enjoy the pool and spa all to ourselves. The front desk people were all amazing and super nice. Felipe, the maintenance man, was super nice and helpful when we needed batteries for the fan remote. I would love to stay again and would recommend it to everyone.

Nice and clean.

1. Assigned parking spot could not fit our forester with cargo container on the roof, we had to park on unmarked area which was available since resort was not too busy. 2. CO2 alarm started chirping during one night probably due to low battery. I had to disconnect the unit from the wall and take off the battery. Once requested to fix, it continued to chirp again after they “repaired” it. Had to disconnect it again. 3. Last but not least - in bathroom hot water pouring from the faucet was of white color - almost like milk. Interestingly, hot water was not like that in kitchen and another bathroom. It was not clear what that substance was.

Incredible value for a comfortable, spacious apartment with a heated pool in the heart of Palm Springs. We had a 2br suite and it was nicer than some short term rentals we’ve stayed at before. The kitchen was stocked, the sheets were clean, and it really felt like a home away from home. The AC was great. We loved that our apartment was in the back by the smaller pool which is not as deep as the main pool. The walls are very thick and we never heard anyone else, even though we were visiting while there was a festival going on.

Room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in and that was soooo nice! Everything was newly remodeled and very updated and made it so comfortable and inviting. Loved the outdoor hot tub as it was very clean, but didn't smell chlorinated and was not too hot! Most nights it was just my husband and I out there.

Hot tub safety handle needs to be replaced as it is all torn up and looks tacky. I did let the staff know about that. That was really my only issue. Otherwise it was stellar and we would stay there again! Property was extremely well-maintained.

Pool and hot tub are excellent, and all facilities are well maintained. The room was large, apartment sized, with a full kitchen and two baths, all in pristine modern shape. The view from the pool is of the mountains and you get local bird life in the palm trees. Staff was attentive and the value is hard to beat. Assigned, covered parking. Patio with a grill and lounge chairs.

The attached restaurant offers breakfast but does not open until 10:00 AM. We didn't get a chance to try it.

Super large apartment with very friendly and helpful staff. Two pools , tennis courts, hot tubs, fresh coffee in the morning. We had a room on the ground floor that was not appropriate for us and the next day the staff willing helped us move to the top floor and we really appreciated it. Directly opposite a pharmacy and supermarket.

While the room was very clean, it was also dated. We liked it but others may want a fresher look.

Spacious. Peaceful. Staff was so polite. Fans, fireplace, comfortable bed. They thought of everything you need for the kitchen!! Didnt lack anything.

Older property so stove (I think just need stove upgrade) can only work maybe 2 burners at a time. Electrician went home early but the front desk came quickly to help. Otherwise it was great.
