This was our third visit to Vista Mirage. The resort is family friendly with good size rooms, kitchen facilities and has twin bathrooms. Two pools also, which is great. The resort is generally very clean and centrally located for Palm Springs. You do need a car, but Ralphs supermarket is only a few blocks away and Walmart a short drive also.

We were disappointed by our stay this time. We had contacted the Vista Mirage prior to our stay requesting twin beds which they didn’t accommodate. We were travelling this time as a family of six but with our son who has serious medical complexities. We had to gain medical permission to travel so the trip was a big deal and planned with great attention to detail. Having stayed at the Vista Mirage previously we didn’t hesitate. On arrival we were placed in a first floor room again not ideal, although we were offered to check if we could be moved mid stay but this was not practical given the circumstances. Also disappointed there was no house keeping provided and no complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby like there had been previously.

We stay a lot of places but this place is a gem. It's just not a room but it's like an apartment! When I first booked this I really couldn't believe what they gave you with the room. Kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 hot tubs and 2 pools outdoors. This is really great for the value. The others places like the Casino wanted $250.00 and up for just a king room. We got through Booking.com and we love it. Dave at the front desk is fantastic! We have been there twice already. This is a great value. Shhh!!! Keep this to yourself! Five smiley faces.

The stairs going up to the rooms really needed fixing and were old. They are working on the roofs and that can be annoying but the rest is wonderful.

So clean, so nice, so accommodating, beautiful grounds, fresh fruit picked from trees on the property, the pool was warm in the middle of January heated perfectly. The staff, especially Sebastian and Roman were excellent help to us and very friendly and kind and professional. We will definitely be back to stay again soon. Highly recommend this location for your Palm Springs vacation.

The main pool was closed for construction, but the staff called us ahead of time to alert us and honestly the small pool still ended up being really nice with the hot tub as well so we didn’t end up disappointed.

I liked the friendly staff, they also let you rent movies for free. They have a nice tennis court with added pickleball court and they have 3 paddles and a ball to rent for free also. They also have 2 nice clean pools and hot tubs. They also let you have grapefruits from their grapefruit trees for free.

I did not like that they had zip tied the dresser the TVs were on as it was hard to plug in our fire stick TV so we could watch our streaming shows. However it did not affect our stay that much and we would still like to stay here again!

Absolute gem for our family Thanksgiving break. The condo was large and had two bathrooms. Beds were comfy! Staff was very helpful. We loved the pools and amenities. Very close to groceries and food. We walked to the downtown area several times.

Our only complaint is that the room was pretty musty. Leaving the doors open when we returned each time helped a lot- but when we first checked in- the smell (older hotel smell) was intense.

Friendly staff, very comfortable units. Location, next to everything you can possibly imagine you may need during your stay. All in All, Vista Mirage Resort, hands down! Has got to be, my FAVORITE, vacation destination in the last 10 years. EASILY! 10 out of 10 with EVERYTHING all the way around!

What didn’t I like about the property? NOTHING, there is absolutely nothing to dislike. And if there was, all the greater qualities of this place over shadowed what ever it may be.

Vista Mirage was absolutely wonderful. The apartments were clean, we had everything we needed and the team that worked at the resort were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had a marvellous break. Big thanks to David who couldn't have been more helpful from the first day when he ensured we could get into one of our rooms a bit early. He was exceptionally kind. The pool was beautiful, the gardens and communal areas clean and tidy, the laundry facilities super accessible and the location perfect for our elderly parents who weren't driving but found the walk to the local Ralph's and CVS really helpful. We were there for a family get together over the holidays and it was perfect. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we will go again.

Absolutely nothing. Our stay was flawless. I cannot think of one thing they need to improve.

The staff was helpful. Eva at the front desk was great and the maintenance people that covered the pools were really good too. Plenty of bath and pool towels were provided and the soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. were of nice quality. The kitchen was well stocked and overall the size of the unit was impressive and comfortable. This property is a great value.

The only downside was two days of landscape work with loud blowers and trimmers. It would be great if the tennis court was also marked for pickle ball!

Close to town. Our neighbor upstairs was smoking marijuana. I went to the office and she immediately went up to them. I appreciated that because I had my grandchildren with me

Nice, clean resort with lots of space. It had everything we needed for our family of four, including twin beds for our teens who’d rather not have to share a queen bed. Good customer service and great location!

Weird, loud, humming noise coming from the bathroom/toilet the first night we arrived. My husband turned off the water to make the noise stop. Called the front desk in the morning and they sent someone to fix it within the hour. It was fine after that.
