The staff was amazing and there were so many small details like somebody bringing popsicles around to everybody at the pool or having free sunscreen available to those who ran out. The included meals were also very good but could get a little old if you are staying for more than a long weekend. We had planned to leave the resort, but it was so nice that we just stayed there most of the time.

The only thing I can think of is the bathroom door in our room was awful. Sliding doors aren’t meant for bathrooms. They have gaps and there’s no sound isolation. Plan on asking your partner to go hang out by the pool for a bit if you aren’t traveling alone.

We liked everything about this property. The staff was amazing! Very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast and lunch was included in our stay. While hanging out by the pool, the staff came around several times to check in and ask if there was anything they could get for us and asked how our stay was going. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. There's nothing extra you need at this place and it seemed that staff was one step ahead of us at all times. They know what they are doing and we look forward to our next stay which we booked a year in advance!

Charming, luxurious, and inclusive, Santiago Resort is truly special. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I'm a very introverted person traveling alone, and they put me at ease the moment I walked in. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! The pool was nice and warm, and when the sun got too hot it felt just right. At night, when the temperature dropped, the hot tub was perfect. When that was too crowded (it was the popular spot after the sun went down), the fire pit was a nice place to relax and get warm and dry. It was located just off the main road, an easy walk into the main strip. Close enough to the airport that I was able to spend as much time as possible there. All the guests were friendly, and it seems most were repeat visitors who had stayed at other resorts in the area, and kept coming back to Santiago. That kind of loyalty speaks volumes, and I could see why everyone kept coming back!

Nothing! This was my first visit to Palm Springs and my first stay at a resort of any kind. I have nothing to compare it to, and no complaints.

my partner and I wanted a fun and fabulous gay getaway to Palm Springs. And we did because of Santiago Resort! The staff was very welcoming. Bill checked us in and gave us a rundown of the resorts amenities and walked us to our room. The small and cozy vibe of the resort was a highlight. Great staff, very friendly and hospitable. we enjoyed the continental breakfasts each morning served in the lovely sunny courtyard. And a few times we had there delivered lunch service. The daytime self-serve cantina is all stocked with a nice selection of sodas, seltzer, tea, coffee, snacks. It’s a BYOB resort however so plan to grab your favorite libations. All a great value. The grounds were very clean and well maintained as well as the rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were warm and sparkling as well as lots of comfy loungers and fresh towels. our room was one with the recently updated bathrooms, beautifully done with lots of thoughtful touches. Our King poolside suite was spacious and cozy just steps from the pool areas.

We didn’t really have any complaints other than a few observations. We’d wished there were more upgraded food options for purchase as well as a booze option might have been nice. Our bed was okay not super plush and seemed very creaky. Also plan to use the complimentary ear plugs for bed as any movement from the upstairs guest you can pretty much hear all the time.

Excellent attention to every guest. Friendly conversations. Great food services. Pool exceptional. constant cleaning and fixing so everything was perfect. totally attentive to my needs. Truly one of the nicest places I have ever styed at and I have stayed in London, Bangkok, Odessa, Cancun, Venice, Rome, etc.

Nothing bad about the resort. Taxis in Palm Springs suck. Rent a car if you go.

this resort is amazing! attention to detail, friendly team, cosy rooms, complimentary breakfast and lunch, drinks,… stunning location. this is definitely one of the best and most ‘clean’ and fancy gay resort in the USA.

Only one minor thing, check-out was 11:00 AM and we wanted to lounge at the pool before leaving. But they had pool deck repairs, which started at 9:00 AM, so lost that opportunity. But overall really nice place

The staff is 10 out of 10, they just make sure you have everything you need all the time without been intrusive at all. The property and facilities just a dream.
