It was overall a great stay. The neighborhood despite being a bit far from downtown was really cute. The hotel was clean and cute. The staff was really nice and the price was better than surrounding hotels. The room was large. The shower worked great. The bed was comfortable. The pool beds were awsome.

The room had a kitchen with bare BARE minimum. Half broken pot and mostly empty cabinets. The pool was dirty and bugs seemed to be never scooped. The outdoor shower and the jaccuzzi didn't work. The place needs a little love and care.

Very clean and organized

Oh, yes, everything was just marvelous. Truly a flawless experience. Except, perhaps, for that minor detail of the parking area resembling the inside of a coal mine at midnight. It's just thrilling trying to locate your vehicle in the inky blackness, fumbling for your keys while simultaneously scanning for any lurking… friendly faces. One might even say it adds a certain je ne sais quoi, a delightful element of surprise to the end of the evening. But, you know, if they insisted on making things less… adventurous, a few extra lumens in the parking lot might be a truly terrible idea. After all, who needs to feel safe when they're just trying to get to their car? Not to be a smart ass but more lighting would be helpful

What a great hidden treasure! The unit was clean, cozy and comfortable! Most importantly, there were no bugs! I've stayed at a couple other hotels in PS and they had bugs! The swimming pool was inviting, cabanas and a lot of flowers and plants to create a beautiful tropical experience!

I had a little trouble checking in, which was my fault due to my phone malfunctioned and I could not get the passcode for the front door entrance. My concern was that when I called, I could not get somebody to help me in person, he said that I have to do everything online. For a senior citizen sometimes it takes a little longer but we did figure it out.

I loved that there was a kitchen with all the dishes and appliances I needed to actually make a compleat meal. I appreciated that the rooms were not crowed the, courtyard space made it feel much more intimate and comfortable and the room was spacious and had everything I needed to make my time there convenient and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly, elusive, (in good way) but helpful, understanding, and easy going. And the 24 hr access to pool and hot tub is the icing on the cake!

Thought maybe I saw a bed bug .. I flushed it and got new bedding, haven’t seen any others so I’ve been re needing my booking but if I start getting bites I’ll let manager know as of right now seems like a false alarm

It was super cute. Quiet n perfect for adults. Loved the pool table n then pool is 24/7. The pool beds r free and just over all a nice place. It isn’t perfect but I think that gives it character. The office person takes care of it and his customers. If looking for a quite nice place to get away from your kids or anyone this is the place. Released the funds right away and no hidden fees and told us where to get the better deals.

Just the locks were hard to do but once u figured it out ur good.

The location was prime. 5 mins via Uber to downtown and the casino. The value for the price was amazing. Also the beds were super comfy. The facilities have a nice pool and pool table to play with yet in rough shape

The pool table felt was falling apart, the two bedroom half house has a window facing into their supply room. Which they placed a black plastic bag on the window to block the view in (yet slightly see through)

There was no breakfast service. The location was great; close to downtown and restaurants. The check in procedure was all done via email correspondence with no need to interface with people. The property is well secured and private with access via gate and door codes. Facilities were extremely clean and well kept. This is a quaint old-Palm Springs type place. Overall a very nice stay and value.

Parking in front of the facility is limited and amounts to street parking. No EV charging even though the inn across the street does provide this service for its guest. It’s not a real big issue but would be a nice feature and selling point. It would be nice to have power outlets at the night stands to plug a phone charger.

The staff was amazing, the pool and cabanas were clean and relaxing. The room we had was clean and the bed was comfy. To my surprise, it was very quiet. No road noise and no late night party noise. Having a full kitchen was a plus and streaming options on the TV’s.

I wouldn’t say “didn’t like”, the hot tub had no heat but was a tad warmer than the pool.

The price is great the staff are always good to me and the rooms are spacious with kitchens it’s never over booked and crowed so the hot tub is always available and the amenities are great.

The only think that I did not like but it is common in Palm Springs that sometimes water bugs get into the rooms if you leave door open or if the kitchen or bathroom plumbing has some broken opening from the wall.

We absolutely loved this place! It exceeded our expectations.. did someone say Melrose place? Super cute and private.. the room was everything! Cute studio apartment with full kitchen, bathroom, closet, bedroom/living room dining combo. With French doors that open up to a beautiful courtyard to a view of a pool and Jacuzzi with entertainment of a pool table and plenty of areas to lounge around. A super cute pond of koi fish. They have an outside dining area as well as a BBQ grill if you're in the mood for grilling.. if you are looking to get away for a relaxing or romantic getaway and privacy this is the place to be. You won't be disappointed. Two thumbs up 👍👍 in my book. 👌💯
