This place does the job. Obviously don't come to a Motel 6 expecting a range of amenities. Bring your own shampoo, body soap, even towel (towels are small). The staff is always super friendly. You can walk to plenty. Nice cafe across the street. The rooms are clean and the beds aren't too bad. The TV actually works and isn't one of those weird Smart TVs with a weird remote. I like that the room had a mini storage cabinet and hangers (that was new for me at a Motel 6). Overall, I'd stay here again when on a budget.

Just wish the rooms came with at least a hairdryer or a mini fridge, but I knew it didn't in advance. Wish the pool/ hot tub was open later.

It was the best we stay at motel 6 is everywhere and the morning crew is absolutely doing a fabulous job the best motel 6 I've ever stayed at and the cleanest I just want to give a big shout out to that a.m. crew

That I could not get a I wanted to stay like from June or actually it was May 28th all the way to June 28th and I couldn't I like to that hotel so much I wanted to do one of those extended stays I still want to but the rates were just too high so that's the only thing I didn't like I'd like to be there month to month

The room was clean. It was myself and 13 yr old grandson. We were both shocked by the comfort of the beds, although there was only 1 pillow for each queen bed. Water was instantly hot in the shower. Multiple tv channels. There were elevators and we were on the 3rd floor. That was a great relief as I have a disability. Parking was easy. The location was a mile from the Convention Center (our intended location) and a mile from the casino Agua Caliente. Walking distance to downtown with many restaurants and stores. It was a basic room which was all we needed for one night. There was a small refigerator.

There was a dripping noise in the ceiling and we could not figure out where it was coming from. Didn't complain to staff because we already new the motel was sold out. There was no microwave in the room.

+ The location is absolutely fantastic; I'd clocked the Motel 6 on previous visits as a more central place to stay than the resort hotels, so I'm glad I finally got to stay here. I really, really liked being only about a 10-minute walk south of the downtown district. + The price was quite reasonable compared to other Palm Springs hotels; I booked the Motel 6 for $98/night and ended up paying about $68/night after receiving rebate credits through Booking.com's lowest-price guarantee (which was a very nice surprise). + The room was much more spacious than I was expecting, with a cheery bright-orange wall, and a very comfy workstation / breakfast nook with table by the bed. + I really appreciated having outlets right by the bed and by the table, for keeping phones and laptops charged. + Nice big TV with a little shelf underneath, which was a nice touch. + The room sink had a ton of shelf space, which was really helpful, and the bathroom shower/tub was spacious. + Loved the proximity of nearby food options: a 24-hour Castañeda's is only a 6-minute walk north, and practically next to the hotel is a Jack in the Box and (just down E Sunny Dunes Road) a bakery-café. + For my purposes, it was also really convenient to have a #1 bus stop just across the road. + Despite being right by a main road, and by the lobby, I didn't find the room to be noisy at all.

- I understand from locals that the Motel 6 has a *very* poor reputation, but that wasn't my experience at all, though it might have helped that my room (101) was adjacent to the hotel lobby. - The only slight issue I had was with getting the heat to turn on; the room never got cold, but I had a hard time getting it comfortably toasty, too. - No fridge or microwave, alas.

It's like when there's a big thing in Palm Springs they always jack up the price is real high so it's hard for me to pay for it like Coachella is coming up oh my God I don't even want to know what the price is going to be for that week it's called gouging they need to stop doing that

What could be better if you stop making the prices so damn High every weekend you know there's people that have no houses and they live in hotels to get by and when you do that and you start jacking up prices people can't live in those damn things because of too much money and they got to go back to the streets

I was looking for a budget place to stay after a flight from Alaska this worked out perfect, coffee pots, but I had not expected any. It should also be noted as an animal friendly place though I didn’t bring an animal.

You could have done a lot of things to make it better, but the problem is that would have made it more expensive, I have to say it all my needs and it met all my expectations

It was not spotless, however it was as clean as I expected. If you move anythin, you will find a mess. I personally bring cleaning wipes to get the place to a level I can tolerate; it’s worth it to me to get a good deal.

If you stay more than one day, your key will not work, requiring an inconvenient walk to the office & waiting in line to program your key again.

It was quiet

I got a maintenance guy knocking on my door saying that I had called for them to fix the sink, but I did not request such thing and I had to open the door for him to hear because he was not listening. I was in the shower when he began to knock but it was so insistent that I really though he was going to open the door whit his keys or something.

I loved the that the staff was very nice and friendly.

The Pool Area😟😞 First walking to the pool looks beautiful and the set up very nice and clean, until you get to the pools themselves. Both Dirty and not kept up. the kids pool or hot tub was disgusting!!! It looked like someone took a bath in the water.
