This a great hotel in Palm Springs. It's become my go to spot. Great Value. Clean big rooms. Lots of amenities and attention to little details Free breakfast is a bonus. EV chargers in front. Relaxed vibe.

The pool was dirty. They really need to clean it daily. We saw the same dead bugs floating around all weekend. Not cool for such a great property. My wife wouldn't even go in. Let's face it, the pool is the most important thing in Palm Springs.

This hotel was incredible. Everything about it was fabulous, the rooms, the staff, the food, the drinks, the pool - just everything. It was very close to the main street that had many shops and restaurants. We were able to park for free at the hotel. The rooms were huge, beautifully appointed with every amenity and very clean. The pool area was amazing, loads of sunbeds and chairs and tables, plenty of towels available and sun cream ! Staff would come out and ask if you wanted drinks/food. There was an ice cream truck with an honesty policy. The complimentary breakfast was so good, varied amount of food and replenished regularly. I just cannot praise this hotel enough.

Stopped here for three nights during a driving trip starting and ending in Las Vegas, This was selected as being a 'nice' place to spend my 60th birthday and it was exceptional, exceeded expectations and was (all of us) favourite stop of our trip. The place exudes a cool and calm vibe. Great hosting and staff throughout, service great, continental breakfast just right, location great, facilities/garden/pool great. Our room (Room 19, titled 'The Big Room') was exceptional, impeccably decorated with quality throughout. I had a vision of this place based on watching 'cool 60 and 70's TV and Films' and it lived up to that for me. Up there with 'The Best' for me at whatever price point, I enjoyed it all that much.

Had to leave..... There was nothing I/we didn't like about the place.

The hotel and grounds are immaculate , the rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and professional. The food at the restaurant and by the pool is fantastic. There is a lovely pool, shuffleboard area fire pits and plenty of seating. At night the resort is lite beautifully with festoon lights and low lights in the restaurant. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh fruits and delicious yoghurt . I wish there was an expresso machine … but that’s just me being a Aussie !the lobby area is a visual delight .. artworks everywhere as do the rooms.It’s a really central location and a great place to stay, I would recommend it and would stay again if I’m in Palm Springs . The attention to detail is evident everywhere and the small things have been considered.Aaron is a standout staff member and a real asset to HH.

Rm 26 has no privacy if there are guests sitting on the balcony outside of Marks room , as that balcony looks directly into rm 26 balcony ..we were unable to use our own balcony or have our blinds up when there were people sitting there which happened to be most of the time … rm26 is supposed to be one of the best rooms available but it didn’t feel like that as I saw inside two other of the best rooms and they were larger rooms with a small couch and nicer artwork . I guess it’s the luck of the draw but I definitely don’t think it’s one of the best rooms .Unfortunately we couldn’t move as the resort was fully booked.

We LOVED our stay at Holiday House! I couldn't believe what a high rating it had when we were looking at options, and now I completely understand. Every member of the staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, easy to interact with, and incredibly helpful. Our room had tons of space and was spotless, with beautiful and thoughtful decor (that made me want to upgrade my home decor!). The location is absolutely perfect, just a couple blocks away from all the great restaurants and bars, yet not on the "main street" so it still feels homey and relaxing. There are so many small touches, like the toiletries bag, the room service being delivered in dumpling steamers, the welcome drinks, the complimentary sunscreen by the pool... we can't wait until we can come back!

The breakfast deserves an upgrade , having an espresso machine to make something else than drip coffee Having few addition as well ( scrambled eggs for ex) The staff at the reception also needs to be a bit friendlier

Wow is all I can say. I went with my partner and two of our friends to this beautiful property right in the middle of Palm Springs, yet feels a world away. The hotel has anything you could need - breakfast, lunch or dinner to order, drinks or food to order right at the pool, a gift shop, a large pool (heated), hot tub, misters, calming music, mini-bar in the rooms, fires at night and separate cabanas (even shuffleboard!). The staff was SO friendly and helpful, always went out of their way to make sure everyone had what they needed. Dogs are also allowed which was great and such a fun addition to see. The rooms are huge and spotless, large bathrooms and beautifully decorated. The hotel is in the historic tennis district toward the mountains and with incredible views. Very quiet at night and really can't say enough nice things about staying here. It definitely feels mid-century, but with modern amenities. Would definitely stay here again - stayed 4 nights and did not want to leave!

The hotel was great. Not happy with the information from you! Had to pay extra for breakfast and WiFi which you claimed were included. Booking.com need to ensure the information supplied is accurate.

Everything was perfect! From the minute we walked into the reception area and were greeted by a friendly staff member, to the beautiful blue and white decor throughout, to the delicious food and cocktails, lovely pool, bikes, lounge areas with fireplaces and all within walking distance to all of the shops.

Nothing at all

The staff were so welcoming, attentive and helpful. The hotel is unreal, so clean and really just a gorgeous setting. The breakfast was lovely too and we loved the easy access to drinks/ice creams. We're huge dog lovers so loved meeting all the dogs staying with their owners!

Noise, we could really clearly hear our neighbours especially in the bathroom. It wouldn't put me off staying again but was just a little disappointing.
