Loved the location so close to the mountains. We saw big horned sheep every morning grazing on the mountainside. Loved the fountain outside our slider where birds all gathered to drink and bathe. The secure gate around the property and the privacy was an added plus. Great heated pool and cushioned chaise lounges in sun and shade. Our suite was roomy , clean, quiet, adequately stocked kitchen and keurig coffeemaker was appreciated.

The only issue was we hoped the soap and shampoo was better quality and quantity. The handsoap was watered down and not adequate. I ended up buying soap and shampoo.

This is our spot to stay when in Palm Springs! We love the location (Tennis Club area) and the peacefulness every time. Perfect walking distance to restaurants, shopping and hiking, away from the crowds but close enough to the fun. We loved sitting by the pool and watching the hummingbirds fly around. Brian was amazing and was so easy to contact and communicate with-he was a joy! We will be back :)

The landscaping out front and grounds look a little run down, but nothing to ruin our stay!

The facilities exceeded our expectations, the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted but not right in the heart of town. The view of the mountains and sunrise were SPECTACULAR! The pool was very enticing, the bed was extremely comfortable. To complementary snacks and coffee were unexpected but wonderful. The most upsetting part of this stay was that we were only there for one night. We will definitely return for a much longer period on our next trip.

The Desert Hill was exceptional. The worst part was that we couldn’t stay any longer!

The property was quiet, our room was spacious, kitchenette was useful, located within walking distance to downtown, easy check in/out.

It was very disappointing to discover the jacuzzi was out of commission. We chose this property from the few we decided on because of the jacuzzi. It felt a bit deceiving to promote it on the website knowing it doesn't work. A regular guest at the property mentioned it hasn't worked for a long time, so why was wasn't the website updated to reflect this?

The location was a few minutes walk from downtown Palm Springs but far enough away that you couldn't hear downtown Palm Springs. It was peaceful and serene. The property is 21+ so it was quiet. The room had a kitchenette and was large and spacious. The pool was nice and the whole property was kept clean. It is surrounded by a gate so it also felt very safe!

It took awhile for the room to cool down but did eventually cool off. There was a humming noise that would randomly start and stop, never found out what it was. The shower was small but the water pressure was great! The bed was squeaky but overall good.

The jacuzzi was broken —we stayed there two years ago and it was broken then. The Booking website lists a jacuzzi still— why? Fix the website.

The location is amazing, a walking distance from hiking trail heads, nested close to the tall mountains in a beautiful and manicured neighborhood. The housekeepers were very nice and efficient. the manager was extremely professional and responsive. The garden was well groomed. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette well appointed, we had our breakfast in the nook and our lunch in the patio on the large table, serenaded by birds. A wonderful place and stay. We will come again.

The jacuzzi was under repair.

Relaxing pool atmosphere. Close walk to many restaurants. Housekeeping staff were top notch!

Jacuzzi did not work and had been inoperable for about 2 years. They should not advertise as having one.

Gorgeous retro motel & spotlessly clean. Only wish we’d had more time to enjoy it!

Our room was the only one that didn’t look out over the pool which was a shame, but a small criticism.

A quiet calm oasis with a lovely retro feel. Lying on the sun beds was so relaxing, every view was a delight. The whole place was kept immaculate, everyone who worked there was helpful and pleasant. A great place to switch off from the outside world. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!
