Location is excellent, within easy walking distance to downtown. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy with quiet air conditioning.

The checkin process didn't work out well for me. You had to checkin at another hotel across the street after 10pm. I arrived at 10pm and the 350 hotel staff weren't available so I proceeded to checkin across the street at the Serena Villa Hotel. I went to three entrances before I found the unlocked main entrance. I was tired from a long day of flying so I was frustrated with this checkin process. The website didn't inform me of the process and I didn't expect it to cause me frustration.

Perfectly located. BevMo and Azucar restaurant right across the street, less than 10 minute walk to Forever Marilyn statue and rest of downtown. Pool access from the room was perfect for beating the heat and what a stunning backdrop to swim against. Air con was excellent which was essential in 115+. Self catering was a challenge but manageable in the end. Liked the style of the decor even though it has been done on the cheap.

During our last night we were woken up by a horrible screeching noise coming from the shower pipes. The shower dripped despite the handle being turned all the way off, and neither this nor the disturbing noise could be stopped. Fixtures and fittings either didn’t work or were very nearly broken, wardrobe door was just completely off its hinge and thus useless.

This was a last minute fire evacuation stay for me and my wife and everything went smooth. The staff was great. The location was great. I forgot the name of the front desk personnel that works the morning shift. She was an African American and she was very helpful and had amazing customer service. Booked a second night with her.

The bathroom could have been a lot more cleaner. The cloth shower curtain was dirty. The shower should not have a cloth shower curtain since it is used by others and not in a personal bathroom.

The location is fantastic! Right in downtown PS. The pool is very clean and well maintained as is the outside of the entire property. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities including a kitchenette with keurig, microwave, hot plate and the necessities needed for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the room decor is vey nice giving that quintessential 60’s mid century modern vibe.

The towels were clean but a little dingy looking. There were elements in the kitchen and bathroom that were a little bit run down but nothing major that would keep me from staying there again.

Loved the hotel, was cute and quaint. My wife and I were very comfortable for our stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Great hosts and really clean. Definitely would book again if the blinds/lighting were fixed.

Unfortunately the blinds in the room are venetian slat style and for some reason they leave the lights on full outside the rooms all night so it's very light and bright in the room all night. In our room in particular there was also decorative ground lighting that points directly into the window all night which added to the light. It's an easy fix so hopefully they can sort it out. Power only available on one side of the bed.

We’ve been staying here for years and we love it! The location is perfect

The room needs to be updated! The shower curtain was moldy and there was a streak of blood on the pillow case.. it’s definitely not cheap to stay here. It’s not the most expensive either so it was disappointing. The construction next door was horrible too but that’s not their fault.

The staffs customer service was exceptional. We had a few concerns with our room, and they were very quick to offer us a solution. They are very personable and on top of everything. I like how there’s only a small amount of rooms. It was peaceful, and within walking distance to everything downtown. I definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future!

We really liked how secluded it was from the sister hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated. View of pool was pretty and refreshing when in it. The beds were super comfortable. AC blew super cold. Gave champagne upon arrival

Maybe we were too picky but, the rooms floors and things weren't finished. The shower was nice but, the glass wall was messy and if you put it too hot you had to almost burn yourself to turn the handle. the blinds made it so that people could still see in if they wanted to when shut. Our TV didn't work. We could not figure it out.

The exterior, pool, and hot tub were charming. I parked right outside the fence. It could not have been more convenient. Furniture, bathroom amenities, shower/bath were wonderful. The overall decor was just enchanting. I arrive pretty late, but am told the atmosphere encourages guest to strike up conversations around the pool/hot tub. Sounds like a plus to me.

A few minor details could be addressed. Some minor repairs needed a dab of paint, one part of the floor in the bathroom was a bit scuffed up (a little flap needs to be glued down), and the WiFi information seemed to be missing.

Location was great, view from the pool was really beautiful, all guests were really respectful and quiet, on site parking made things really easy for us to get in and out.

We were told there would be breakfast, but there never was. We went to the area where there was supposed to be breakfast and there was day old coffee still in the carafe. The used pool towels stacked up until they were overflowing out of the basket and they weren't picked up until almost 9am the next morning.
