The decor was amazing, it felt like home. Which is good because being from England we are not used to 40+ degrees, and so we spent a lot of time in the hotel room. I liked it though, it was relaxing and inviting & had everything we needed in one room

If I had to say something I didn’t like, it would be the air con. It worked fabulous & there was a ceiling fan as well, perfect, but I couldn’t have the air con on while my husband was outside on the balcony due the noise and heat coming from unit on the other outside. We couldn’t hear it inside with the doors closed though. The fan worked well, not loud or noisy or anything it was a godsend so it wasn’t too much of a problem.

Open air hallways was cool as well as the location of the property. The tennis courts were fantastic and the pro-shop was very helpful and accommodating in arranging a match for me. The room was nicely furnished and spacious. The view of the end tennis courts, mountains, and Palm Springs was very good. The deck was covered and large.

A petty issue: the facility supplies each room 1 regular and 1 decaf coffee packet for your entire stay. A packet will make one pot of coffee. In our case, we stayed three days. When we asked for more coffee, we were informed we would have to purchase them. Considering that we were paying $500/night, it seemed to us that one packet per day would have been included with the room cost.

Our studio room was perfect for the two of us for our four night stay. We had a mini kitchen which suited us fine. The AC was great and necessary as it was summer and temperatures up to 115. The room decor is pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. We loved using the free bicycles to ride down to the strip. The adult pool was perfect! The misters, padded lawn chairs, landscaping, ample pool towels along with the clarity and temperature of the pool water was wonderful!

The AC worked great and we were very thankful, but they are pretty loud.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room with almost full kitchen facilities. Free self operated laundry facility. Well maintained gardens and swimming pools. Can spend a full day without leaving the resort.

Parking by the bungalow type rooms could be covered or more trees planted to give shade.

Loved the location! Staff was very nice! Covered parking is king in the heat! Lovely Adult pool! Kitchens very well equipped/appointed! Quiet hallways too so great rest was easy to enjoy! Great Shower pressure! Free Bike loaners! Fun daily programming-popcorn, bingo, etc!

Honestly-not much I can think of! Insulated Ice bucket for room/kitchens? With the heat, the ice did not hold for long even in the A/C.

Good sized family apartment. My family really enjoyed using the pool, which was moments from our accomodation, where we were able to meet other families who rented or owned properties in the club. It was a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Seemed close to town but we couldn't walk there due to the heatwave! There were bicycles to use, great laundry facilities, ice machines etc.

Slightly dated rooms but it didn't matter at all, it was very functional.

Beautiful location right by the mountains.. nice size room with a balcony. Staff was great.

Tried to book some pick up doubles or a clinic at the tennis club. The tennis staff didn’t seem interested in making anything happen for me . I’ve played the game for 50 years and really wanted to play at this historic club. 👎

Room was clean, kitchen well equipped, check in was easy and there's access to plenty of activities within the facilities. It's also walking distance from downtown PS.

Late check in 4:00pm and early check out 10:30am. The key does not work after check out so one can't use the facilities anymore, which is unfortunate especially if you're just staying for one night and are planning to use the pool.

Easy check in and dealings with staff. The grounds were well kept and comfortable. The onsite restaurant/bar Spencer’s was expensive but worth it. The pool was uncrowded and the scenery of the hotels location (right next to a mountain) and wildlife were awesome. Bighorn Sheep right above the pool.

Not much to dislike. The first night was a little warm inside room. But staff got it fixed.

Nice pool and tennis courts. Bikes and tennis racquets and balls for free was good. Liked the history of the place. Quite a striking building and location.

Hadn’t appreciated it was timeshare property-rooms were not made up during our stay. Also, have to say I am 55 and brought the average age of the clientele down somewhat..
