this is a wonderful property the rooms are clean and comfortable the food is good the pools are great the pool service is great

the loud music at the pool just outside my room is awful we come every year and ask not to be put on the front street or by the pool due to noise as we like to nap in the afternoon and in bed by 9pm i made the reservation 3 months in advance . then called 2 weeks prior to arrival with the same request. upon check in we asked the clerk and she acknowledge we called and our room was quiet. when we got to the room the pool music was loud. we asked to be moved and she said they were booked, she would make sure the music was turned off by 9:00pm and it was not finally i went to the front desk and the new clerk said she will have it turned down, which took 30min… the next day they still did not could not move us… but they did turn off the music outside our room that night..

Location is excellent as were the grounds. Pools and cabanas were excellent. Lots of quality towels, sunscreen and water. All meals were delicious. Breakfast was excellent. And the staff will accommodate extra requests including my daughter who wanted whipped cream for her pancakes. They made it especially for her. Complimentary coffee in the morning.

Biggest issue and it wasn’t huge is that the room could have been better appointed for a family of four. Size was fine but needed some furniture to allow us to fully unpack our luggage. Needed hooks or a drying rack to accommodate wet towels and bathing costumes. But still very pretty rooms.

This is the place to stay if you want it all-- pool(s), room service, gym, spa, and restaurants, to name a few. The hotel treated me like royalty for my birthday, and I had the most amazing experience. I would love to return with girlfriends for a weekend getaway very soon. The hotel is at the end of the strip, so quieter yet so much close by. Easy to walk to everything. Melvyns was such a fun place for dinner; fancy yet casual, but perfect if you like to dress up. One more thing, :this place was fabulous for pet owners!

The quaint, quiet & boutique environment. It’s close proximity to restaurants and being able to walk out your door to hike a mountain! Excellent food & beverages at ChiChi restaurant.

Wish the pillows were of better softness quality. Wish there was perhaps a microwave. Otherwise, everything was Superior!

The staff first and foremost is a standout and what keeps bringing us back. The fact so much of the staff has been there for so long speaks to what works here. In addition, the facilities are plentiful even on a busy weekend and well maintained. We often come to just hang out at the pool most of the time we're there. The all-day dining menu is good enough to warrant sitting at the restaurant but also perfect for lounging at the pool. And the bar - the bar tenders, the craft cocktails, the patience at the number of times I forgot to close out my tab... drinking + sun, know what I mean? ;)

When we had to leave.

Great location and beautiful property. The pool area, gym and spa were lovely and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The double room was much larger than expected and enjoyed having the first floor patio.

Bathroom was a bit small and ventilation wasn’t great!

The staff (particularly pool and restaurant) were lovely, and the whole setting is charming. Nice coffee for early morning, lots of water, towels, sunscreen by the pool. The TV channel choice is good.

The music around the pools (*everywhere*) that starts at 9 and goes on until at least 9pm ended up being a bit much. It's great to have a bit of a lounge feel around the pool - but you couldn't escape it, it was too loud, and you couldn't doze off by the pool. Our room was also around the pool and you could hear the music in the room... ALL the time. Noise levels are actually a problem in the hotel - the hallways are noisy, you hear every conversation from every cleaning staff or guest. It is just not as restful as it should be. Nothing in the mini-bar was replaced as we used it; And neither was the free water.

The property is really beautiful. We could have stayed on property the whole time. I especially liked the three pools, one being for families and the others adults only. Having Coola sunscreen by the pool is a nice touch.

We stayed in a Regency room. We wished there was a coffee maker in the room (although easy enough to walk to the restaurant for it). And it would have been nice to have had a window that opened in the bathroom or an exhaust fan. The shower was super small but great water pressure.

This place is an absolute gem! It has 3 pools and jacuzzi, and wonderful gardens with a breathtaking Mountain View. It’s very quiet and private, and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet is included in the service. Bedrooms are nice and have a balcony. I’ll definitely go back!

I loved the customer service. Enjoyed the extra amenities offered. And the access to the restaurant with good food.

The dinner plate could have included a little more but nonetheless it was delicious. One pool by the spa had many leaves around the pool and day beds. It wasn't too bad but maybe just a little more TLC to that area. That is all.
