Dog friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Great decor, small kitchenette with a fridge and kuerig coffee pot, comfy bed and great shower. It’s next to a Target, Trader Joe’s and Starbucks.

Not a deal breaker but the carpet in the room needed cleaning and the AC could have been colder.

Adorable bungle style retreat. Rooms ecletically decorated with bright colors and fun art work, decor and wallpaper. Kitchenette area with apartment size fridge, sink and Krurig, cafe table, and sitting area with small sofa, etc. Bathroom is very large with a great walk in shower. Bed was super comfy. A/C worked well in the 92+heat. Space was clean but the carpets were completely off putting. Grossly dirty and stained and in need of immediate cleaning or replacement. Front end staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed on Sundays so we didn't get to enjoy this Spanish inspired eatery. The pool bar closed at 3, so we missed that too.

The facilities were nicely decorated in a 50s theme. The smart TVs are large. You are able to log in to your accounts. But don't forget to log out before you leave. This is in a good location, right next to the Palm Springs border and close to the downtown area (15-minute drive). Our main reason for our stay was to visit Joshua Tree and enjoy fine dining in Palm Springs.

The TV was difficult to use. The sound cannot be adjusted which is a good thing for these facilities. The walls are not soundproof. I could hear people in the unit next to me. Only a towel was provided in the kitchen area; no dishcloth or sponge to wipe up spills. The coffee cups were 6 oz cups. The minimum coffee from the Keurig was 8 oz. They are going to replace the small cups with bigger cups, so this will be resolved. Very crowded during the holiday season. For future, we may visit at a less crowded time of year.

We liked the location - close enough to downtown but also a little ways away - on a quiet neighborhood dead end street. We visited a Tuesday through a Thursday in December so our first day we had the property to ourselves which was so lovely and quiet. Santiago let us check early and was very hospitable. We got a two bedroom and the beds were comfortable. We loved the sun streaming into the street side room. I loved having a little gym to workout in and hot tub to soak in. We enjoyed eating a the Spanish restaurant because on the convenience of it being on site; the food was OK, server Anabella was great.

The living space was a bit small and uncomfortable. There was no microwave or silverware in the room so we couldn't heat up leftovers, reheat coffee or eat food without going down to the bar to request plastic ware. The coffee in the room was not good. The walls are quite thin, once our neighbors checked in we could hear everything on both sides of us. The music at the pool is playing all day long and it starts to wear on you after a while. We prefer quiet so it was hard to spend time at the pool to read or chat.

We stayed Sunday to Wednesday, Christmas week. The resort was extremely quiet. The hot tub and pool were amazing and accessible 24 hours a day which was great. The room had a fridge, seating area, and patio and was very cozy & comfortable. The staff was friendly and responded to all our request. We needed a place to relax and remove ourselves from the hustle & bustle of Christmas and the Paloma Resort was perfect! Resort is off the beaten track but only 15 min from downtown Palm Springs. We highly recommend staying. We were told Friday & Saturdays are extremely busy & loud so I suggest staying Sunday to Thursday, if you like it quiet. 😀

This hotel is tucked away in Cathedral City, close to highway 111, and an easy drive to downtown Palm Springs and the rest of the Coachella Valley. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with the same attention to detail in atmosphere to the rest of the resort. My husband and I were unfortunately there for a one night stay but would be eager to stay again and take advantage of the welcoming pool, the pickleball court, and on site restaurant located inside a historic adobe.

Upon check in our booking reservation was inaccessible for the staff, but they were incredibly friendly and efficient in checking us in, and in total from the time we started check in until we were walked to our room was <15 mins.

The property was clean and so cute! The room was huge. Pool was clean and they had a dj on Saturday which was fun. We took the complementary bikes out for a ride during the day. I would most definitely stay here again. We had a front patio outside our room and a back patio area. We enjoyed being able to sit at both areas and spent a lot of time on the front patio it had comfortable chairs and bench.

My only complaint is that the room didn’t have a microwave. The room had a sink and cabinets and a small fridge/ freezer like RV size which was amazing but no microwave. I think if they provided at least a microwave or even a few dishes/ utensils in the drawer that would make this place even better. We stayed 4 days and went grocery shopping and it would have been nice not to have to only buy things you can eat cold.

The staff were incredible! They were so kind, gracious and genuinely friendly. I didn't get the sense at all that they were just being nice because I was a guest, I truly felt welcomed. They let me check in early and check out late due to my flight arrival/departure. The room was super cute, well appointed and clean. Although there were people at the bar and pool, I didn't hear any noise when in my room.

I only had 2 hiccups during my stay and they honestly weren't a big deal. On my last night, all of the outlets on one side of the room went out. Unfortunately this was also the side of the room the tv was plugged into. It happened on my last night and in the evening so I didn't feel it was worth it to bother the staff. When I checked out the next morning, I told the front desk what had happened they were sincerely apologetic (even though it was no one's fault!) The second thing was the toilet paper holder came off the wall. Once again, no big deal but it happened on my first night and I was a bit surprised that it wasn't reattached the next day when the room was cleaned. Once again, not a big deal AT ALL and I feel kind of silly even mentioning it!

The resort was super nice, love that the pool is open 24 hours and the DJ on Saturday afternoon by the pool was a fun surprise. The restaurant food was just okay for the price, but you are within minutes of downtown Palm Springs as well as the rest of the Coachella Valley so plenty of food options to choose from! We loved the pool and spent most of our time camped out by it during our 4 day stay.

I wish the room "kitchen" was stocked with silverware and napkins as that was one thing we had trouble with eating our leftovers and/or food we purchased at the store.

I spent hours by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
