The fact that we could not check in early and offered to pay to check in was an issue. And then when our room was ready we were given the room by the entrance. Do we get the rooms no one wants when we book through 3rd party? Or did they not let us check in early because of booking through third party? Our room in the middle of the night had dripping water coming from the ceiling out of a can light. I have video. Showed the front desk and they put us into a different room. But it was an insane inconvenience at 1:00 in the morning. And the room they put us in -the door to go outside/balcony area did not open. Like the last room.

It was a very calm and pleasant place. All of the staff were very kind ! Extra love for Monica , who I believe is the manager, and William at the front desk. The units were very spacious! Yes, they are a bit outdated, and some areas could use some sprucing up, but that is not something that concerns me. The grounds are beautiful,and the pool area was very comfortable.

They should have real cream for the coffee station. I would recommend quieter music at the pool.

The property, as well as the room were very attended. The staff on the front desk super helpful and kind. The room was clean. Close to many of the amenities of the area; such as groceries, food options etc.

It’s a pity that a hotel like this still maintains carpets throughout, which to a visitor feels like it’s dirty, even if it’s not. Also, the pool area at the time we went, was a bit neglected with food and cups that were there from previous guests.

+ I was staying in a villa 1bedroom and kitchen. Great appartment at 2nd floor accurate to pictures, very spacious, clean and comfortable, fully equipped with all needed amenities and furniture, including AC. + spacious living-room with big comfy couch, dinner table. Bedroom has a big king (?) bed with massive walk-in. TVs in each room. + included small balcony with table and chairs. + Kitchen fully equipped and working, including all needed dishes and silverware. + Very comfortable bathroom. + convenient location whithin Cathedral city with parking included.

- appartment was on street side, so far traffic noise could be heard through the bedroom window. Kind of unavoidable when bedroom is on street side, and not much of a big deal though, but be aware if you are looking for a fully quiet non-urban vibe experience.

The service of the recreation staff and administrative staff was outstanding. The recreation staff were enthusiastic and welcoming, and the recreation facilities (ping pong, pool tables, pool, etc.) were well-maintained and fun to use.

The hallways, doors and some aspects of the interior feel a little run down, but the bedding, door locks, TVs and furniture were all in good shape.

The rooms are very spacious with full size kitchens. There was plenty of hassle free parking. The bed was comfortable and the patio view was peaceful. Although we didn’t need it, it was great to have a washer and dryer in unit. Check in was quick and easy. Front office staff were friendly and prompt. We did not use onsite amenities due to our stay being so brief, so I can’t speak to quality.

The water pressure was for the shower was very weak. The basin of the tub is overdue for an upgrade, it had a couple of cracks in it. Check in was not until 4pm, and we were unable to arrive until about 9pm due to other family plans and dinner reservations. But check out was at 10am, which seemed extremely early based on the late check in. It would have been nice to have check in at 12pm, particularly on a Sunday.

Good value for money. Very comfortable and clean.

Maybe a little tired and time for a refresh. Also no locks on the building so anyone could walk into any of the building foyers. Lift didn’t work in our building so had to carry bags up stairs - need improving

The rooms were huge and there was a very nice kitchen. It was more like a nice apartment than a hotel room. There's a nice pool and a little game area next to the pool. The grounds are clean and well kept. A tv in the front room and bedroom was nice. Even the bathrooms were unusually large compared to the average hotel. I also appreciated the free parking which is a rarity at hotels these days.

I did not like the early check out time. 10am is too early in my opinion. I prefer 12 noon ideally or at the very least 11am. The bathrooms are nice and large but the shower head is fixed and not removable and has a weird, low pressure spray. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. We had to use mirrors in the other rooms to get ready in the morning. No decent complimentary breakfast. If I'm paying over 200 dollars a night then I expect the hotel to offer something in the way of breakfast.

The room was great....we had A1 bed apartment which was a good size with fully equipped kitchen, great living/dining area, small terrace with chairs and table, great size bedroom, huge closet and a good size bathroom. Lots of storage space. Easy to keep at the right temperature. Good swimming pool with towels provided and a cafe on site.

The kitchen floor was a bit grubby.

This place is so amazing and super clean and just comfortable like another home. The room has laundry and dryer. This is 10/10 and totally satisfying and easy for road trips. Full kitchen and very easy for cooking. This is the best place for family vacation

Kids play room only until 9pm and wish it can open little late. Pool is little dirty with bugs but I think it’s natural here
