They only served coffee, which was fine with me

The only thing I did not like, was the person up stairs was an extended stay person, and he walked very hard , it was kinda loud on my ceiling, but he only did it in the late morning. Not sure if he was exercising in the room or what. But really, my stay here was top of the line. Management and staff were excellent. I orinally stayed at the one on E. Palm Canyon the night before, I was going to stay at the Palm Sprngs Motel 6, but after the first night there, Nope, No way would I stay there one more night,it was the worse experience I have ever had, that is why I came to the Rancho Mirage Motel 6. And I will be coming back in 2 months and I will stay again at this one in RM.

We stayed here two weeks, and had picked primarily on price (which was unbeatable). Great location for us. Lots of parking. Friendly, competent staff, who were always a pleasure to deal with. Comfortable beds and well functioning air conditioning. Shower, fridge and microwave in our room all worked as expected. Fast and reliable wi-fi. We were also surprised and pleased that despite knowing there were noisy children in the room below us, we couldn’t hear them at all from our own room.

Predictable downsides: one or two of the people staying here were a bit odd; a couple of things were a bit broken (deadbolt on door, and keycards kept needing resetting). But in fairness similar things could be said of my own house… We never felt even slightly unsafe, and in our extended stay we came to feel quite at home here.

The staff were very helpful with the room. I (Julia Davenport) fractured my left kneecap on 02/06/2025, the check in day. Our room was handicap accessible. We were only able to stay one night due to returning to Sacramento to see my primary doctor. The staff was unable to cancel the 02/07/2025. I sent an email explaining the situation and requested a refund for the 02/07 fees. Have not received any information regarding my request.

The front desk staff is great. Always friendly and efficient. Always willing to assist guest needs anyway possible.

Everything in the vending machines could only be purchased using ATM or credit cards. It made it difficult on us and speaking to other guests they were feeling the same way. We all decided to go to Big Lots and am/pm together and shop. Hence Motel 6 missed out on revenue. If machines accepted cash we would have purchased our item there, even though vending machine items are usually overpriced. But probably would have still purchased there out of convenience. Food for thought.

It was a nice room. Sometimes you get a non smoking room and it stills smells like a dead dog who smoked its whole life. This one was perfect; smelled like a clean room. King bed and I slept real good shower did not have a bungload of mold and water pressure was strong and thorough.

Tv channels change slow via remote. But that was a very minimal problem.

The staff was very helpful. I was in the area for a music festival and we arrived way before check in. We decided to go eat breakfast and walk around. I called a few hours later and unfortunately our room was still not available. Not even 10 minutes later, I get a call letting me know my room was ready. It was very nice of them to call.

I had a complication with my booking due to coming a day late. Their customer service was great and they were very accommodating when they could have just charged me a bunch extra for being a “no show”. Rooms were clean, it’s not fancy but it was a great comfortable stay.

Property, similar to most motels, inns, or other types of lodging, needs a designated smoking section away from non-smoking rooms hi-lighting new CA accommodations in 2024 laws affecting smokers of all types of cigarettes / cigars. ( Written by a non-smoker. )

The over night employees Anthony and Jayden are great. Both are very efficient and helpful. Also the day crew ladies are also wonderful. Brandi the manager has hired a great crew of workers, she is a definite asset to your company. And let's not forget the maintenance and housekeepers. Thank you for all your hard work. Keep it up.

I one thing I don't like is how rude some of the patrons that can't seem to think of anyone but themselves the loudness and fighting needs to stop. So gross.

It is the best Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. The employees are kind, I feel safe when I stay here and the price is super affordable.

I don't have anything to complain about.
