The room surprised us with how spacious it was - two separate bathrooms with showers & toilets, a full kitchen and living area plus a very big bedroom. We also had a patio that ran the length of the room which we utilised daily to drink our morning coffee overlooking the pool. The pool, hot tubs and lounges were great - very clean, maintained daily by the friendly staff. We enjoyed the music the hotel play throughout the day in the pool area, and really liked that the hotel was more relaxed than others in the area so we often had the pool to ourselves. We utilised the free laundry which was very helpful, and the gym which we had to ourselves. The view overlooks a golf course and the mountains.

This is an older hotel a bit of a hike from the popular areas in Palm Springs - the room decor and furniture is quite outdated and could certainly do with some TLC (we didn't mind this so much but worth noting). The bedroom didn't have a central ceiling light and relied on the touch lamps, which made it quite dark in the evenings. There was also a large window in the bedroom above the sliding door which didn't have curtains, meaning the room got very bright at sunrise. The major thing to note here is the smell - it hits you as soon as you enter the lobby and permeates throughout the hallways. The room itself was a bit musty, but after a couple of days of opening up the doors this became less intense (or we just got used to it). It's worth noting we still had an excellent time here.

My family has been staying at the Plaza resort and spa for at least 17 years. There are many things we like about it. Also they’re the only resort that allow pets and that’s a big factor for all of us since we all have fur babies. It’s always a wonderful day.

I was exceptionally impressed with the spaciousness of the room. I also liked that the property was not too close to the main city, which kept traffic down to a minimum, but it was close to restaurants and neighboring cities.

There were only two things, which are relatively minor. First, the kitchen sink faucet was loose. It wasn't enough of an issue to lodge a complaint, but it probably should be attended to. Second, on the last night of my stay, when I came back to the room for the evening, none of my key cards would work. Fortunately, the security guard was helpful and let me enter via his master key. The cards worked for the main entrance, but not the room. I was told that the problem was a bad battery in the lock. Fortunately, I had acquired a luggage cart earlier in the evening, sparing me the ordeal of having to keep the door open when I departed the next morning. That way I only had to make one trip before leaving.

What was not to like here, me and my partner arrived here from New York after a very busy summer of work and came to relax and we got just that, not only that but the staff and the accommodation was really up to scratch, if I was to come back to America I would be sure to stay here again. Special shout to John as he was our first staff member that treated us at check in and was the most helpful anyone could ask for, the other staff members continued this friendly manor throughout our stay.

The only negative about our stay was the pool floor and walls was quite rough and both mine and my partners feet have got a few cuts on them.

Veronica, Rob, Gabbie, and the night security made my stay feel as if I were with family. Having a fully equipped kitchen to how the sunrise glows through the overhead window, illuminating the entire room without having to turn a single light. Walking through the hallways, one could tell pride is taken with the cleanliness......floors were clean and smelled refreshing. Peaceful and quit! Ahhhh, I'll be back.

That I couldn't stay longer!

Very close to the main road thru the valley but on a quiet street. I usually have a handicapped room with a walled terrace which is nice with dogs.

The charge for pets is high - I think since my dogs are there and I forgo housekeeping while I’m there it’s really not warranted. I clean up after myself for the most part and my pets don’t make a mess.

Convenient location off East Palm Canyon Drive, and ten to 15 minute walk in one direction to Trader Joe’s, Starbucks and Target, and in the other direction to a Vons supermarket. Room was clean, comfortable and kitchen area was fully stocked.

Various guests in the 400 building were exceptionally loud in the late evenings, complete with incessant slamming of room doors. I always travel with noise cancelling earplugs in all of my pieces of luggage and these were essential during my stay.

From the moment we arrived Victoria/Veronica (?) who was on the front desk that evening, was friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for us to ensure that we had everything we needed. Every member of staff we encountered during our stay, the maintenance man, the cleaners, security man and all of the desk staff were so cheerful, friendly and helpful. The facilities in our fully equipped suite as well as those in the hotel were top class. The location, slightly out of town, suited us perfectly, we had a hire car so could get around easily. On site parking was free with plenty of available spaces. There was absolutely nothing we did not like and we will definitely be back. We cannot wait to return!

Having to leave at the end of our stay!

Location was off the beaten path a bit, which was a plus for what we wanted and it overlooked a golf course, very nice. Staff was very friendly and room was spacious.

Didn’t accommodate our request for a ground floor room and tried to charge us an additional $91 for taxes that they claim were not collected when I booked online a couple of months in advance. In the end, they did not charge us , as I had proof that the booking company had included all taxes and fees when I booked.

Nice clean room with balcony overlooking the golf course which was nice to sit out in the morning and watch the residents play. Good kitchen with all amenities and good size bathroom and shower/bath. Air conditioning was excellent and quiet There were 2 pools and one was a quieter one so virtually had it to ourselves in the afternoon. Well maintained and clean.
