Peaceful and quiet, with very pleasant grounds for breakfast. Fountains and mellow music during the day gave a relaxing soundtrack to time spent outdoors. Easy parking and quick to get to restaurants and attractions. The jacuzzi was comfortably warm, not scalding like some places keep it, and very relaxing in the afternoon. Nice fire pits to sit near and chat. Staff was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable and room access with a code meant not having to carry keys everywhere.

This is just a personal preference—the Paris suite has an overhead "rain"-style showerhead, so if you are someone who styles their hair and/or does not wash it every day like I am, bring a showercap or you'll have to stand awkwardly to avoid getting your hair wet.

An oasis in the desert! A beautiful quaint, 11 room, boutique hotel. The grounds were amazing. so clean, comfortable and you always felt you had space! So thoughtfully decorated and well maintained! the rooms were fabulous and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We wanted to spend all our time on the property. More than a hotel, it was a mini private resort! I would recommend this to any one wanting more than just a room. We will be back!

Leaving

It was a wonderful experience. We felt at home. Clean, quiet, cozy, private, quiet, classy. We’ll certainly book again. The breakfast was simple but it was enough for us since we are light eaters. Granola, yogurt, muffins, avocado toast ($5 extra). Orange juice and coffee were okay but nothing extraordinary.

The check in experience wasn’t very smooth. We booked our room through Booking.com at 10:00pm and checked-in at 10:30pm. There wasn’t any staff on site after 6pm to check us in so we had to call them to facilitate it over the phone and via the web form to upload my driver’s license and credit card info. The rooms can be small depending on which room you choose. We picked room 3 which was adequate for us. Nitpicky 1) The A/C unit has a blue status led that gets annoyingly bright when the room is dark. We had to place a sticker on it to sleep (we forgot to take it off at checkout please don’t hate us :) Nitpicky 2) Wish there was a tall mirror in the room. The reflective glass between the room and the shower is too dark to be used as a tall mirror.

Cute boutique style and staff is so friendly & accommodating. Even with the place booked out it felt private and relaxing.

They use an extremely strong lavender scent in the rooms, either as a room spray or to clean. It was very potent when we checked in & I asked if it would stay as strong & we were assured not, but the scent lingered throughout the night & next day of our stay. It was a bit nauseating & all our belonging came home smelling of it. It was a bit much & a little goes a long way with things like that.

Dive was so cute! We loved our stay. Room 10 Was nice and private with its own patio. We loved the facilities and so many nooks to have some private space. Pool was nice and warm.

It was lovely. About a 5 min can ride to downtown Palm Springs but appreciated the privacy. Worth noting the rooms don’t have TVs but it was nice to switch off.

Absolutley loved everything. Obsessed with the decor on the entire property. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They were incredibly communicative pre-travel and during our stay, and made us an amazing cheese board. The pools were lovely, and the fire pits were divine. Oh, and they let us pick oranges and grapefruits from the trees to bring home with us!

The Wifi was the only thing that wasn't extraordinary, and it was probably because we stayed in the room that was farthest from the reception. But we had our own private hot tub and putting green, so that made up for it! Plus, the whole point of the trip was to unplug--so one could argue that slower Wifi was a gift!

We had a wonderful stay in this little hotel. We liked the atmosphere. Decoration is very pretty with a nice garden and lounge. Room and bathroom are beautiful. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. We really liked the jacuzzi but the swimming pool was a bit cold and not heated.

We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast. Nothing really special and for the place, something is definitely missing (5$ additional charge for the avocado toast is a bit too much as well). We both grew up in Provence and hummus, tzatziki or pita are not traditional at all and cannot be part of a “Provence” dish - these are Greek dishes.

This property is so fab, the staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the price is really fair for the location and facilities The staff are so helpful- after leaving some belongings behind they reached out quickly and offered to send these on to me which was so appreciated.

The only downside was visiting in winter and not being able to really enjoy the incredible pool- can’t wait to come back in summer! We did make the most of the hot tub which was lovely! I would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

The room we had was absolutely delightful. Little details made a huge difference. The greenery and lighting adding a welcoming oasis atmosphere. The staff were attentive and helpful.

A few things need a deep cleaning/touch up (dust on light fixtures for example). Pool was a little dirty, perhaps a better/stronger filter to keep the leaves etc. at bay. Otherwise fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

The ground of the hotel are truly amazing, really feels like a oasis. The room is big and very comfortable, the bed is very nice and soft, great linen, bathroom was spacious and clean, nice l’Occitane toiletries. Housekeeping great and appreciated the little private patio, AC was working great (much need as it was over 100 degrees). The cool sprinklers by the pool were very welcome and lounge chairs very comfortable. Healthy breakfast.

The staff, although very nice, was a bit incompetent, looked like they didn’t really know what they were doing. Even though we knew about it, it’s a bit of a shame that there’s no F&B options after 6:30pm, not even drinks and the little options available during the day a bit pricy. It’s a shame because the grounds are beautiful and just a hiring a few more people to take care of it would make it that much better.
