Our experience at Twin Palms Resort was absolutely outstanding. I have never stayed at a hotel where every single detail was just perfect. Every employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast and lunch provided were varied and absolutely delicious. I’ve never had such a restful vacation. As a germaphobe, I was amazed by how pristine and spotless the hotel was—it felt completely clean and sterile. The hotel and amenities are brand new. We used the jacuzzi and pool, and they were fantastic. The bedroom was very spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. We also took advantage of the free bike rentals and enjoyed a scenic bike ride around Palm Springs. Special thanks to Boomer and Adam for their exceptional customer service, as well as to every single staff member who made our stay so enjoyable. We even met other couples who were super friendly. Twin Palms has officially become my go-to vacation retreat, and I can’t wait to come back!

Everything was absolutely fantastic.

Twin Palms is one of the most beautiful gay resorts I've stayed in. The staff were friendly, and exceptional. If I had a question and they were in the process of doing work, they would stop, give me more that the answer I expected along with the friendliest greeting. Breakfast was exceptional, and had a new recipe to try, day oats. When I return for vacation, will be my choice without exception.

Absolutely nothing, except the weather could have cooperated a little more.

Boomer and the rest of the staff are Wonderful. The late afternoon Social Hour helped make it a very friendly ice breaker environment. The Hot Tub and Heated Pool were especially appreciated.

My only fault would be that there isn't enough soundproofing perhaps from one room to another. But generally not a big issue.

This is how a resort should be run. Everything from checkin to ALL the little details provided throughout our stay were noticed and much appreciated. The rooms are well appointed with added extras that other hotels would charge. Here they are the icing on top! Never needed to ask for anything, because they already thought of it and was provided. Clean, comfortable, EXCELLENT staff! Hesitant to post this review, because it will be difficult to get a room once the secret is out. Well done Twin Palms Resort!

They thought of it all

Loved this hotel! Amazing staff, facilities, pool, jacuzzi, location and clothing optional was a huge bonus. Great added extra with free breakfast, lunch, unlimited soft drinks and pool snacks. Despite it not being an all-inclusive, it certainly felt like it. Can’t wait to revisit.

Nothing, really can’t fault it!

The property is a perfect combination of modern and mid-century styles. The fact that both breakfast and lunch were included in the price was a surprise and helped to make the cost an even better value.

We were in a studio room which was quite adequate - especially the large bathroom! The only suggestion I would add is that it would be helpful to provide more drawer space or, alternatively, luggage stands which would free the chairs for seating.

The resort is new, modern and very well equipped. The room is big, you have a lot of space for luggage and a wardrobe to store your clothing. The bathroom is HUGE, big space to take a shower, do your make up and get ready to a party. We loved it! Pool and common areas are great too!

The only thing that bothered us was a couple close to us that was having sex during the night around 3am everyday making a lot of noise.

It was well staffed and managed. Everything centralized and easy to get around. The pool was wonderful.

Large room with amazing bathroom, beautiful pool and hot tub, terrific location. Good breakfast, lunch is provided. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff was so accommodating and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and easy. The pool was pristine and maintained to perfection. Loved the music as well!

We had a room next to construction/renovation, so it was a bit loud during the day.
