Dane, office manager, was polite and efficient. Helped replace failed door keys. Helped with departure directions to the Interstate. Staff was polite and friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. Grounds and parking areas were clean and maintained. Security seemed sufficient.

Bathroom fan was too noisy. Suggest you replace with a quieter fan. The door key card failed each day and I had to go to the office, stand in line to replace it. I have limited mobility requiring discomfort of up and down the stairs each time. Staff failed to clean room. I requested new towels which were delivered in 10 minutes. Satisfied.

Excellent value for money, comfortable with air conditioning and a pool

After 3 weeks on the road I was dying to get some laundry done (one of the reasons for choosing this motel), but it took forever and a day to sort it out as the contactless payment wasn't working, and I couldn't download and pay on the app as I didn't have texts on my phone and it needed a text for the code. However, the lovely member of staff on the desk that evening, (30th July '25), apolofies I can't remembee his name, I think it was Jesse, went above and beyond to help me out. He should receive employee of the month award, if you have such a thing. Really lovely young man

The views of the mountains and the sky are wonderful. The quiet neighborhood and motel room colors are a delight to me. I feel so relaxed and happy on these grounds. The front desk staff acts as kind and caring as family. They make the best coffee and conversation. Both free of charge. I enjoyed each morning greeting the staff and some guests of the motel. When traveling alone as a woman, the hotel staff is one of the most valuable aspects of the trip. They create the mood of security. At Motel 6 East, the staff is warm and welcoming. The manager, Calvin, of Motel 6 East is kind, friendly and very responsive to any problems. He can manage people irritable from traveling with grace. He works so many hours to be sure everything is functioning and every guest is comfortable. I’ve never seen anyone do this job as well as the manager of the Motel 6 East Palm Springs.

This property is one of my go-to options when visiting Palm Springs, with a great location, comfort, value and friendly staff. They are also very pet-friendly, which came in handy when the friend with whom I was traveling was unable to find a sitter for his dog and needed to bring her.

I thought I had booked a room with a microwave and an in-room coffee maker, but the clerk pointed me to a nearby microwave in a laundry room (which was fine) and there was plentiful free coffee in the lobby every morning. I did appreciate the convenient workarounds! The bathroom door did not close properly, which could be fixed with new hardware.

The price is always the best thing about this location. It's doable and encourages me and my girlfriend to stay here more often when we are in the desert area. The second best thing about this location is the responsiveness of the staff. The assistant manager Edgar really goes above and beyond to fulfill the needs of the guest. I see him out on the property interacting with tenants, and he always seems to be in the midst of helping someone do something. I really appreciate him and Manuel (who makes it a point to represent the company well through his attire, politeness, and resourcefulness) and it's very much for the reasons above that for the forseeable future, my girlfriend and I will continue to choose Motel 6 when in Palm Springs.

Room was clean. Swimming pool was great. I liked the laundry room that has vending machine and a microwave that was kept clean. Manager was able to quickly clean a room so I could check in early. Powerful air condition. Hotel brightly lit outside. Lots of parking.

Location was very south so only a few things around the area. Bathroom shower handle fell off the first hour of my stay. Lots of foot traffic and luggage rolling when people check out. Best to ask for corner units if you are looking for quietness.

Property is in a great location very close to some restaurants and fast food places. Great for a quick stay or a weekender vacation. Pool was nice and clean and there is plenty of parking.

There seemed to be some people might live at the hotel. Each day I saw boxes and bags out in front of several rooms. There was also a very large amount of dogs (large dogs) on the property as well. Most seemed to be with good owners but many could be heard barking in the rooms. The charge a $50.00 deposit also that you do get back right away, mine took quite some time even after leaving the room in perfect condition.

EWverythingwaas fine room was clean the customer service i recieve there is always on point and the security is tight. they do chrge a deposit now but i think that its an ok price and hopes they get to the goal they are expecting now that they charge one. 50 dollars every booking just keep that in mind.

Its a motel there so many good things that if there was anything bad it wouldve been overlooked. like i said they run a tight team here, as long as you show some respect (hook em up with a tip or a drink) then you wont have a bad experience if there were any problem thst occur during your stay!

I like the clean room and I like The view my favorite room is 12 but I was put into room 213 which is next door great view of the mountain

I don't like the fact that they always seem to have issues with the TV channel go to watch a movie and it seems to have some type of interference go to watch certain channels seems to have some type of interference this isn't the first time. . Also I think they need some better flat pillows

This is the third time we've stayed here and its our motel of choice when in Palm Springs. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Its an ideal location for getting into downtown Palm Springs and also for getting out to other locations. Its also just a short walk to Elmer's ( highly recommended), for breakfast.

We didn't use the pool but it could do with being cleaned. Lots of leaf debris on the bottom. There used to be tables and chairs outside the pool area but they've been removed. Would like to see these put back for our next visit.
