My second time here. Very good value during the week, pricey on weekends. Love the authentic charme of the place devoid of hipster instagram vibes. Very spacious rooms, quite clean. I also love the heated pool, very nice chilled vibes in the evening. Good location, coffee shop in walking distance. Very nice staff.

With a few inexpensive upgrades this could be a better place. Beds and bedding is worn and sheets are too thin for chilly February nights. Just add a comforter and invest in new linen….also, some hidden surfaces could use a more thorough cleaning (coffee maker, fridge). Otherwise - stay as you are, Caliente ❤️

The grounds and the pool were excellent. The staff was very friendly, helpful. Ritchie who worked in the Reef Bar is a wonderful plus to the property. He hustled all the days to make sure people were taken care of! The pool and grounds are beautiful. That will bring me back.

Our room had several defects. The deadbolt on our door didn’t work. The door frame and the door had a gap where light came through. The bathroom sink drains very slowly. The shower faucet is difficult to turn on. The handle sticks. The rooms are drab. The interior needs some work.

The new upgrades to room 117 were great, but NOT Really great yet. The front door couldn't lock. The door plate is loose, so the deadbolt won't engage. Made it a little uncomfortable safety wise. Also, the new patio was a good start but needs tropical potted plants with a drip system. Most tropicals are low light as they grow under the canopy. And dippers make it water efficient. Maybe even a small Electric grill for out there...I know you have the restaurants, but it would be a nice touch, and seeing as how you nearly doubled the price...see what I mean???

The front door again did NOT lock. The bed was very lumpy. Probably needs a bew topper until can get acreplacement. Costco has good ones. No microwave for leftovers from YOUR restaurants, and I just can't eat that much. Spa was running all the time which is totally not energy efficient since it was so Hot No one was using it anyway. Video in your bar was very Disrespectful to the Indigenous Population of Hawaii and all others. Mostly Hollywood crap that made us very uncomfortable since are both Indigenous American. Not worth $200 a night yet...

This is a cute campy little motel. There's a Tiki bar and restaurant attached, and both were excellent. The pool was great although was in need of.some repair. The owners are working on some updating of the rooms. Ours was very comfortable. The staff was ok. They seemed to be a little.less prepared. We couldn't get a cork screw. Had to borrow it from the bar, and they weren't happy about letting us borrow it. There were some people trying to get pool towels, but they didn't have any clean ones. But overall, a good deal.for.the price.

Pool area, pool itself and a hotel vibe- Tiki, Hawaii, green and exotic. Very beautiful both in a daytime and at night with all the lights and fire torches on. Close drive to the strip of Palm springs. A good Mexican restaurant is right next to the hotel. And a cool Tiki bar too. Overall good value for the money.

Beds were good but the room while being spacious seemed very basic and shower didn't wanna work as I wanted it to. Maintenance guys may wanna fix it. But it didn't bother me as I liked everything else outside the room.

We loved how responsive the staff was to the questions I asked before making the reservation. Not many hotels take the time to do that. The pool was cozy and inviting. When they mentioned the hotel was heated, we expected it to be lukewarm on a December night, but it was actually the perfect temperature. The jacuzzi was fantastic as well, we spent hours enjoying it. We had our beers from the Reef bar next to it, and had a great night. We were allowed to park two cars. That was great! You can also bring your pets if you like. The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated four people. We also appreciated the air conditioning and the large bathroom. I can’t wait to visit Palm Springs and stay here again!

Our family loved the pool, it was heated and perfect for morning 🌄 swim, with gorgeous mountain views. Huge jacuzzi was sooo relaxing and open until 12 to see the stars🌌. The Aloha vibes and ambiance with tiki torches at night were lovely, little grass huts with chaise lounges and huge pet 🐾 friendly grass area. The Reef tiki bar & restaurant onsite has BEST drinks 🍹, yummy snacks and lovely servers 🌺.. when I can't afford a Hawaii trip.. we are coming here! Also, Edna at front desk was so helpful in directing us to morning coffee ☕️

I wish there was a gift shop onsite with tiki glass cups, souvenirs, and Hawaiian snacks and cans of Hawaiian Sun drinks.

Nice staff and the outside part of the facility does the job. The pool with warm water and the jacuzzi with an unforgettable sunset will remain in our memory for a long time. Tasty food in the restaurant next door. The center of PS is about a 30-minute walk.

The rooms need definitely refreshing, overall it was clean but in some places it would be good to focus more on cleanliness as there was a lot of dust on the carpet.

Always a fun, friendly, vibrant experience! Relaxing, colorful, central, iconic but not too kitchy. Owner/staff are consistently fabulous, meticulous, inclusive and creative. Best pool and The Reef is the perfect local hangout. Hotel gets upgrades every time we visit... still sweet old 60s bones but lovingly improved and wonderfully decorated.

Plumbing is very good but not quite perfect. Great hot water and pressure but fixtures could be dialed in a bit more.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The facility was easy to maneuver around, but the room numbers could be a bit larger as it was difficult to see them at nite. The pool area was very inviting and clean. Location was great.

Our sink faucet was a bit jacked up, so it was difficult to regulate between hot and cold water. Also, there was a leak under the sink that we hadn't noticed at first. Unfortunately, it soaked items that we had stowed down there to keep them out of the way.
