Staff were great, room was great, and breakfast was pretty good but should be included, given that it wasn’t spectacular.

An Extra blanket or two extra pillows in room would have been nice ( but no deal breaker). There were several people running and being loud in hallways, late at night. They should have been warned or kicked out. Elevators are super slow and loud too when inside them, but no biggie.

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. They had infused water for their guests.

The inside is really worn down. Carpet it very old! This hotel could really use an upgrade/ freshening up. Then again, if they were to upgrade the hotel, they would end up wanting to charge a lot. The rooms could use some updating as well.

Very large and clean bedrooms and bathrooms; Good location with lots of restaurants nearby (we liked the Yard House!) Friendly and professional staff.

The fitness centre was closed; it was hard to understand the TV channels; having a room facing the car park I was awaken at 7:20am by the bin trucks. But overall we really liked it!

Nothing. Well, using toxic cleaning products was a bit disturbing when the air was filled with the smell one day. Hoping the company will switch to none carcinogenic products like Young Living or Melaluka (sp?)

The location was great for where we went and food areas. The staff at front desk each day were nice and friendly. The common areas were clean and it was amazing.

The offered a breakfast but it was not good. Eggs were like putty, oatmeal was watery, and it was just not cooked professionally at all.

VERY NICE hotel. Staff were excellent, rooms were excellent. We would stay again. 😃

As far as the hotel is concerned...we had no complaints. There was a noise concern due to unruly & crying children...🥴...but that is a parenting issue and the parents did quiet their child by 11pm.

Great experience all around and the cost was reasonable. The pool and hot tub water temperature settings should be increased 4-6 degrees in pool and 2 degrees Fahrenheit in hot tub. We noticed several guests either not getting in to pool or in then out quickly. What is the point of having an open swimming pool if very few of the hotel guests are going to use and enjoy it because Hilton is trying to save a few bucks by less heating of the water? That is my only "squabble".

There should have been umbrellas out by the pool. It was advertised there would be a bar outside and food. There wasn't any. The pool towels were pretty bad.

Checkout was a pain Computer for restaurant needs work, lack of connection with billing system, like something from the 90's
